Book Description
Bishop Jordan has written a stellar work that is guaranteed to free the mentally enslaved, acquit the wrongfully charged, and bring healing to the sick. The Laws of Thinking is not a work for the shallow-minded person. It is demanding and challenging. It is neither intended to be used as the basis for unmerited criticism nor as sermon material for the minister having difficulty receiving a fresh work from the Lord. It was written with a very clear aim: to provoke spiritual thought. Bill Gates' Microsoft, Oprah Winfrey's Harpo Productions, Stephen Spielberg's DreamWorks, and even his own Zoe Ministries all began with a thought.
Every invention, university, book, song, business, home, skyscraper, movie, stage play, and baby began when someone chose to think. Nothing happens without thought. Creation did not happen without God's thought. Bishop Jordan's first objective is getting you to think.

AWESOME READ !!!.......2007-09-11
I'VE READ THE LAWS OF THINKING BY BISHOP E. BERNARD JORDAN AND IT WAS AWESOME! THIS BOOK MOVED ME INTO ACTION AND CHANGED MY LIFE. IF YOU'RE READY FOR A SHIFT, THIS IS A MUST READ !!!!
Destiny is a matter of choice.......2007-09-11
The Law of Thinking is definitely a must read. It will motivate you to start acting on ideas and dreams you thought were unreachable. Bishop E. Bernard Jordan teaches Destiny is not left up to chance but a matter of choice. He is the Master Prophet who brings life to visionary ideas. So if you are tired of (J)ust (O)ver (B)roke get this book for you and a friend and start living the way God expected you to.
The Laws of Thinking is the Law of the Land.......2007-09-11
As a man thinketh so is he states Proverbs 23:7 from the Wisest Man Who Ever Lived, The Great King Solomon..Bishop E. Bernard Jordan gives us the 20 Secrets to Using the GOD-GIVEN Divine Power of Mind... I Cor 2:16 states that who has known the Lord to instruct Him, yet we have the Mind of Christ...This Divine Mind within empowers us to manifest prosperity which is a benefit of salvation or the Greek definition soteria which means peace, prosperity, health, wellness all of which is defined in the Laws that our wonderful Master Prophet teaches in this book from the Law of Becoming to the Law of the Harvest...this is a step by step manual for those Christians who are looking beyond the letter......and beckoned by the spirit to come into the DEEP...
En-POWER-ing! Beware: Likely not palatable by Fundamentalists.......2007-09-10
I found Bishop Jordan's work so inspiring, enpowering and en-LIGHT-ening (as in shedding LIGHT on one's spiritual nature and relation to God, taking one out of DARKNESS)that I now own both the book and the CD and am working my way through his workbook. (Available from his site.) If the belief system you have chosen will allow you to consider other view-points without FEAR, that I recommend it highly, (especially for "Rhinos" - ie, entrepreneurs) so as to help manifest God's GOOD in your life. Remember, the validity of your belief system manifests in its FRUITS.) Alas, I could see "Fundamentalists" or "Literalists" taking offense at some thoughts expressed in it. One of my favorite parts in the book is when Jordan cites a instance when precisely this happened and a congregation member gasped "Bishop Jordan thinks he's God!" and he replied "NO! God thinks he's ME!"
May your Blessings ensue...
A REAL MAP TO SUCESS.......2007-09-09
THE LAWS OF THINKING BOOK is map to a prosperous life.I say map because you can use this book before you begin your journey to a sucessful life,or if you are having difficulties in your business, you can use this book to get you back on track and focused.

Book Description
Secrets of the Millionaire Mind reveals the missing link between wanting success and achieving it!
Have you ever wondered why some people seem to get rich easily, while others are destined for a life of financial struggle? Is the difference found in their education, intelligence, skills, timing, work habits, contacts, luck, or their choice of jobs, businesses, or investments?
The shocking answer is: None of the above!
In his groundbreaking Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, T. Harv Eker states: "Give me five minutes, and I can predict your financial future for the rest of your life!" Eker does this by identifying your "money and success blueprint." We all have a personal money blueprint ingrained in our subconscious minds, and it is this blueprint, more than anything, that will determine our financial lives. You can know everything about marketing, sales, negotiations, stocks, real estate, and the world of finance, but if your money blueprint is not set for a high level of success, you will never have a lot of money—and if somehow you do, you will most likely lose it! The good news is that now you can actually reset your money blueprint to create natural and automatic success.
Secrets of the Millionaire Mind is two books in one. Part I explains how your money blueprint works. Through Eker's rare combination of street smarts, humor, and heart, you will learn how your childhood influences have shaped your financial destiny. You will also learn how to identify your own money blueprint and "revise" it to not only create success but, more important, to keep and continually grow it.
In Part II you will be introduced to seventeen "Wealth Files," which describe exactly how rich people think and act differently than most poor and middle-class people. Each Wealth File includes action steps for you to practice in the real world in order to dramatically increase your income and accumulate wealth.
If you are not doing as well financially as you would like, you will have to change your money blueprint. Unfortunately your current money blueprint will tend to stay with you for the rest of your life, unless you identify and revise it, and that's exactly what you will do with the help of this extraordinary book. According to T. Harv Eker, it's simple. If you think like rich people think and do what rich people do, chances are you'll get rich too!

Mostly Useless.......2007-10-24
I was unimpressed with this book. The basic premise here is auto-suggestion, covered much better by other authors. Think and Grow Rich!: The Original Version, Restored and Revised from Napoleon Hill and The Magic of Thinking Big by David Schwartz are both much, much better books all-around and cover the idea of auto-suggestion. Put the money you would have spent on this book into one of those two books.
my favorite audio book on money.......2007-10-23
eker is like the money drill sgt. he gives examples why poor and middle class people earn the money they earn. and why the wealthy earn what they earn. i have heard this audio book several times sense 2005. it is barely starting to click, or maybe stick. one of my favorite quotes goes something like: we are wired to survive, not thrive. which explains why we let fear run the coarse of our money lives. that is the flight system, not the fight system we have living instead.
I wish I could have read this book 30 years ago.......2007-10-21
This is a must read. This book is worth it's weight in gold - I plan on purchasing extra copies for several family members and close friends. The Author is very bright, has tons of excellent suggestions and is wise in money affairs. One of the best books I've read in the past 40 years.
Attracting Multi Millionaires and Billionaires..........2007-10-18
I got the book on 3 CDs two years ago after attending Harv Ekers free 3 day seminar.
I had just moved across country with no clients or connections. This great energetic audiobook narrated by the author has made a great difference in my life.
Since practicing what I learned from this book I have attracted tons of hollywood celebrities, high paying jobs working directly with world leaders, calls from Oprah, several meeting with Paris Hilton (as a hair extensions consultant for one of her companies), and now I have attracted billionaire investors for my new school!
I highly recommend this book. Harv and company, thank you, thank you, thank you!
One long sales pitch for his seminars.......2007-10-17
Near the end of the book, T. Harv made a great point about "if you learned something, it was worth it." - I don't think he was referencing the book, but i did learn a few things...and with this logic, it was worth the quick read. What I couldn't stand were the non-stop references to his seminars and subtle hits about how pyramid schemes can make folks money. I'm guessing there is some sort of referral/pyramid scheme with him seminars, hence the majority of the book came off like one big sales pitch to attend his seminar. Take out all references to his seminars and how much they'll help your or have helped others, and you are left with 1/2 of the content, which again, would be worth the read and has some good ideas/points.

Book Description
In this short, powerful book, multimillionaire and bestselling author Steven K. Scott reveals King Solomon’s breakthrough strategies to achieve a life of financial success and personal fulfillment.
Steve Scott flunked out of every job he held in his first six years after college. He couldn’t succeed no matter how hard he tried. Then Dr. Gary Smalley challenged him to study the book of Proverbs, promising that in doing so he would achieve greater success and happiness than he had ever known. That promise came true, making Scott a millionaire many times over.
In The Richest Man Who Ever Lived, Scott reveals Solomon’s key for winning every race, explains how to resolve conflicts and turn enemies into allies, and discloses the five qualities essential to becoming a valued and admired person at work and in your personal life. Scott illustrates each of Solomon’s insights and strategies with anecdotes about his personal successes and failures, as well as those of such extraordinary people as Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Edison, Oprah Winfrey, Bill Gates, and Steven Spielberg.
At once inspiring and instructive, THE RICHEST MAN WHO EVER LIVED weaves the timeless truths of one of our greatest works of literature into a detailed roadmap for successful living today.
Customer Reviews:
Just read Proverbs.......2007-09-13
The book is redundant and contradictory of itself. First the author says he didn't follow Proverbs as a young man then he says because of following Proverbs as a young man things went his way. I commend the author's efforts and I believe to some degree he does live by The Good Book, but honestly I think we all know what the author wants you to do, and what the Man Upstairs wants you to do. I now read Proverbs daily. It is a wonderful thing to do and I've recommended it to many. Rather than buy this book go download Proverbs and start reading. If you are looking for a book that will take you about 3 hours to read that will ultimately tell you to read Proverbs about 100 times then read this book. Thank you for your time.
Dynamic Wisdom.......2007-08-13
This book definitely changes your perspective and causes you to reposition yourself concerning the promises and principles of God.
A challenge with a promise........2007-07-25
After praying about what career advice to give his friend, Gary Smaller offered his friend Steve Scott a challenge in which he promised that if Steve would follow the advice, he would not only be successful, but would be a millionaire in 5 years. The challenge was to read a chapter of the proverbs every day. Since there are 31 chapters in proverbs, and most months have 31 days, he was instructed to read the chapter that corresponded to the day of the month. Steve took the advice and made good on the promise his friend gave him.
The book is based on the principals/lessons/advice from the Proverbs. It explores the meanings of certain passages and shows how to derive benefit from them. Steve shares some of his own experiences throughout.
Solomon was the wisest, richest man that ever was or will be. Seems like someone worth listening to and studying doesn't it?
This is a book that can make a positive difference in your life.
Great Book.......2007-07-16
Great Book that discusses the benefit of not going alone but having other like minded individuals around you. Backs a lot of his thoughts/facts with scripture from the book of Proverbs. I actually read the book about a year ago and am currently re-reading it. Great book, great, easy, quick read.
Finances by the Wisest Man.......2007-07-10

A breakthrough practical spiritual guide to achieving all your goals
For the first time ever, one of the rarely discussed formulas for building wealth and achieving success in all areas is revealed in The Attractor Factor. Popular marketing and spirituality guru Joe Vitale argues that those who try hard and fail need to remake their inner beings in order to easily attract success, wealth, and happiness. Many people do the right things but get the wrong results; it's not so much what they do, as what they are inside. The problem for most people is self-sabotage. In five easy steps, Vitale shows anyone how to become happier and more successful by doing a few simple things differently every day. Part wealth-creation guide, part spiritual road map, part autobiography, The Attractor Factor offers inspiring, effective answers for anyone who wants to feel better, be happier, get wealthier, and get ahead in life.
Joe Vitale (Wimberley, TX) is President of Hypnotic Marketing, Inc., a marketing consulting firm. He has been called "the Buddha of the Internet" for his combination of spirituality and marketing acumen. His articles are widely read and his professional clients include The Red Cross, PBS, Hermann Children's Hospital, and many other small and large international businesses. Customer Reviews:
Attractor.......2007-10-23
I liked allot of what this book says, but I am not so sure how easy it is to change a life as the sub-title suggests. I saw The Secret, and I like Dr. Vitale in it, as I do in this book as well. Everything he says seems to make sense. But both The Secret, and this book, are not going to profoundly change your lives. Well, I should not say that. It may, but it will likely be a work in progress. It just depends on were you are in your life, and how much you want to change. I read this book at the beginning of this year. And I saw The Secret at the beginning of 2006. I have noticed changes in my awareness of life. I am more comfortable in life as well. Maybe that comfort is knowing that there is too much unknown. But it is still baby steps. One moment at a time. Very small ripples in the lake.
The Secret (Extended Edition)
The Attractor Factor.......2007-10-08
Joe spells out his 5 steps easily with plenty of examples for the reader to relate to. I highly recommend this easy read for anyone looking to change where they are or to move closer to where they want to be in any area of their life.

The Attractor Factor" by Joe Vitale presents a clear five step process for prosperity. The book contains insights into how to manifest what you really want in life. We are reminded that our thoughts are always within our control, however there are some aspects of life that are truely unchangeable.

Customer Reviews:
Quantum Success.......2007-10-10
This is interesting if you like metaphysical information substantiated with scientific and logical thinking. It has a rather authorative tone so if you can take that on board and listen to the core the authoress is sharing her personal experience. It's good in terms of giving you tasks and objectives and then revising these at the conclusion of each chapter.
As you build the content and reflect on it you may find the editing lays out the information in a way to easily retrieve and return to.
The content does need time to absorb and it is easy text to read through.
A useful way of considering this type of subject.
A Must Read!.......2007-10-02
"Quantum Success: The Astounding Science of Wealth & Happiness" by Sandra Anne Taylor,is filled with an abundance of insightful theory together with practical strategies to implement in one's life. THIS BOOK IS LIFE CHANGING!!!.......2007-09-18
I don't know how to aptly express how grateful I am that I found this book and how much it has changed my life.
I found "The Secret" last December and started working with the LOA principles as best I could understand them, and have made many huge changes in my life (like moving across the country!), all for the positive.
However, Sandra's book is "The Secret" times 1000! This book is so much deeper than any of the LOA or positive thinking books, DVD's, and audio tapes I have used over this past year. She uses a combo of positive thinking, self-realization, and the Law of Attraction as well as other laws to create a complete life thinking overhaul.
Today, I am happy, peaceful, and thrilled to be alive and able to express my creativity on this earth! A year ago I could never have imagined that it was possible to feel this way, I had no idea what peace or lasting joy felt like! Now I am able to take each day and live it fully. No worries about the future swimming around in my head constantly, and no "problems" in my life any longer, just challenges that help me grow!
I know it sounds a bit corney, really I do!, but yet it is still true. If you are ready to change the way you think and the way you feel every moment of the day, get this book! You will not be sorry for the $10 investment! I had to buy additional copies for my family and friends, and I hope they get the same value out of it that I have.
Thank you Sandra for changing my life!!!
Unique & Scientifically Verifiable!.......2007-08-30
"Quantum Success: The Astounding Science of Wealth and Happiness" by Sandra Anne Taylor clearly explains how to manifest all that you desire in your life. This book is complete with formulas for abundant living and interestingly is based in the principles of quantum physics.
In 'Quantum Success' the reader is shown how to make dreams come true by working with the energy of powerful life forces. 'Quantum Success' takes you on a quantum leap into a life of prosperity, abundance and happiness by enhancing our understanding of personal life transformation.
What I like most in this book is that I have discovered some unique strategies and formulas for successful living that I have not seen anywhere else; and the information is all scientifically verifiable.
Highly recommended and a must read!

Book Description
Foundations are a peculiarly American institution. They have been the dynamo of social change since their invention at the beginning of the last century. Yet they are cloaked in secrecy- their decision-making and operations are inscrutable to the point of obscurity-leaving them substantially unaccountable to anyone.
Joel Fleishman has been in and around foundations for almost half a century...running them, sitting on their boards, and seeking grants from them. And in this groundbreaking book he explains the history of foundations, tells the stories of the most successful foundation initiatives-and of those that have failed-and explains why it matters.
The baby boomer generation is going to participate in the largest transfer of wealth in history when it passes on its assets to its successor generation. The third sector is about to become more powerful than ever. This book shows how foundations can provide a vital spur to the engine of the American, and the world's, economy-if they are properly established and run.

As one of 24 co-founders of a new 501c3, the Earth Intelligence Network, created to provide decision support to foundations, the United Nations, NGOs, and others seeking to address the ten high-level threats to Humanity, I could not have found a more relevant work.
A few notes:
* Foundations are the dynamo of social change, with three roles varying from foundation to foundation: as driver, as partner, or as catalyst.
* The author is very critical of the general state of mismanagement and in some cases, lack of clear ethical guidelines or stated values, and says the field must do better.
* In his view, and his case studies bear this out, foundations are an enormous force for good, but they are unregulated, unaccountable, and if they are to retain the tax breaks and the trust of the people, they must change their process, their governance, and their attitude--this will, in the author's words, strengthen the social contract within which they are given so much leeway.
* He states that foundations *need* a decision-making process (music to my ears) and also a progress-checking system.
* He clearly communicates the willy-nilly state of many foundation programs, their lack of boundaries and focus, and hence their relative lack of impact. He states that many underperform, are insulated, and are arrogant.
* A positive quote (the book is generally positive and constructive) from page 3: "Foundations enable the creation of countless civil sector organizations--groups dealing with human rights, civil liberties, social policy experimentation, public advocacy, environmental protection, knowledge generation, human capital building, and service delivery, among other causes--and assist them in building national, regional, and local constituencies that move into the forefront of continuing social change. Elsewhere in the book he points out that in many areas, foundations preceeded and inspired later government programs.
* He is careful to point out that foundations have had limited success with education, health care, and poverty, and that in the face of global challenges (e.g. the ten high level threats to Humanity) the best they can do is educate the public and press government for action. I disagree. If foundations could collaborate with the United Nations UN) and leverage the Multinational Decision Support Center (MDSC) that we are trying to create in Tampa, Florida, they could among themselves agree to take on specific elements of a $230 billion a year program that Medard Gabel has been researching for ten years.
* He points out that US foundations take in 1.1 trillion a year in revenues, but only dole out $33.6 billion a year. In my view, given the enormous value of preventive action, I believe the foundations should be required to dole out 20% of their endowment in the first year of a concerted global program, and then so much as to keep the endowment steady, not hoarding and growing.
* While the "overarching objective" of foundations is large-scale social change, the author notes that they are peripheral players *unless they can organize and catalyze in the aggregate--precisely what the UN and the MDSC could help them do.
* He laments the current lack among most foundations of the "scientific method" that the Carnegies and Rockefellers first imposed, to wit: 1) get the facts; 2) identify problems precisely; 3) study options for action; 4) identify supporting and opposing stakeholders; and 5) plan for action. He blames the predominantly academic leadership of foundations today for the loss of "business" rigor and focus.
* The bottom line in this book appears with regularity in these pages: without goal setting and progress measuring, most foundation programs are simply arbitrary give-a-ways. He admires the Carnegie "Appraisal List" as a good starting point. He points out that neither inputs nor outputs matter; what matters is outcome.
* He lists all that ails foundations, a list that includes arrogance, discourtesy, inaccessibility, arbitrariness, failure to communicate, foundation Attention Deficit Disorder, lack of accountability, invisibility, scholarly void, and political vulnerability.
* The balance of the book consists of chapters that are extremely helpful, and here to whet the potential buyer's interest, I will simply list five core aspects of the book.
* Strategies and practices include (with subheadings not shown here):
* Creating and disseminating knowledge
* Building human capital
* Public policy advocacy
* Changing public attitudes
* Changing the law
* Creating a blue ribbon commission
* Offering an award or prize
* Building a model through a pilot program
* Financing litigation
* Building institutions
* Building physical plant
* Catalyzing partnerships among foundation
* Catalyzing partnerships with the for-profit sector
* Ways of recognizing impact include:
* Major benefits to the public
* Expansion of knowledge
* Helping to launch a movement
* Catalyzing an urgent social change
* Taking an initiative to scale
* Characteristics of high-impact programs (with much detail for each):
* Focus
* Alignment
* Due diligence about the problem
* Due diligence about the solution
* Intelligent talent selection
* Due diligence about prospective grant-receiving organizations
* Entrepreneurial riskp-taking
* Optemistic thinking
* Independence
* Effective grantee selection and management
* Long-term thinking and commitment
* Maintaining focus and alignment over time
There is a chapter on how foundations fail, and certainly this entire book, and especially this chapter, need to be read by any foundation executive--or any prospective donor to any foundation.
This is a truly great and helpful book. I put it down thinking to myself, "my goodness, not only does the United Nations need an Assistant Secretary General for Decision Support, but so also do the foundations in the aggregate." Worthy book!

Examining a Big but Little Known Area.......2007-03-09
Foundations are a subset of Non-Profit organizations that have become surprisingly big busines in the United States. Somewhere around 1/7th of the business in the country is conducted by these organizations. Somewhere around 1/9th of the workforce is employed by one. They have become an integral part of the American economy.
In this book Mr. Fleishman looks at Foundations (a number of which he has been associated as employee, trustee or some other capacity). He examines what makes a foundation successful, and how some have failed. He offers insight and advice on how to make a foundation more successful, and at the same time how foundations should have an obligation to become more accountable since they received special tax considerations from the Government. He suggests that this accountability should be done by the foundations voluntarily. However, Mr. Fleishman is an attorney and believes that if voluntary response is not forthcoming then new legal requirements should be placed upon them to require more openness.
Deserves serious reading from people who want to make a difference........2007-02-06
Joel Fleishman's book lays an excellent bedrock of history underneath its discussion of philanthropy as a great element of American tradition. We live in days of some staggering examples - from Warren Buffet's living bequest of billions, to the fine work of Bill and Melinda Gates - and many others. But rather than see this as some product of the new millennium - Fleishman shows how the new avatars of corporate generosity are following a fine tradition. More than this, the author shows that certain gifting strategies have been leveraged for huge social benefit. For those who are thinking - at whatever scale - of giving to support a cause, this book sets out the strategies that have produced most benefit. This is an excellent, thoughtful piece of work on a topic that currently has wide currency. Well worth reading.

What's the secret of getting this lousy book published?.......2007-07-30
This book is full of half-truth and false promises.
As the author knows too well how thin his book is in terms content, there are stupid sections called "In Their Own Words" after each "secret". And, as if it's not enough, the author inserts a "primer" on behavioural finance in the middle of the book. I really wonder how he can get this published.
And, this book seems to testify again to my own rule of choosing books:
"Never, never, buy a book with a portrait of the author on the cover, unless the author is already dead for a decade."
Informative book.......2006-11-24
The book came pretty quick in perfect condition. Very imformative to those who are new to this kind of money advise. Excellent service from the company it came from. They have great business practices. I just joined a financial service and what they taught me really caught my attention and I wanted to know more so they recommended this book to me. It is an excellent book for anyone who is just starting in the financial business.
One of the worst financial books on the market.......2006-11-16
The premise of this book is to reveal the 8 secrets of how ordinary people became successful investors. Yet there really are no secrets revealed. The whole book is basically one big, thinly disguised advertisement for the author's financial advisory services. One of the secrets in the book is to devote less than three hours per month to personal finances, and that includes paying bills. I fail to see how that is a "secret" that will ever help anyone get a handle on their finances. While the author encourages readers not to spend any time reading up on personal finances, the book is filled with comments about how the smartest thing many of the author's clients ever did was getting a financial advisor. So evidently the path to financial success, according to the author, is to not read anything about personal finances on your own and instead pay someone else to do all of the financial thinking and planning for you. I don't think anyone with any basic logic skills would believe this is really true. If you want a good book on how ordinary people really became wealthy, I'd recommend reading the Millionaire Next Door instead.
Don't be a follower, don't be a Lemming!!!.......2005-12-31
I ask that you please bear with me in my response to the other reviewer's responses about this book as well as my review.
As for my review, I felt that the author presented some very good axioms about money and finances in general. I felt that the "In Their Own Words" sections were extremely insightful and prove that the average person can obtain wealth. Overall, I would recommend this book to others and I would recommend that you keep an open mind about his ideas, as they most likely are not the same ideas that your parents touted about money.
As for the other responses, many readers commented along these lines and I would like to rebut them because it is obvious that those readers are following rules about money that where probably passed to them by others who had very little financial success.
-Some readers say the Mr. Edelman talks down to the readers; I think that they feel this way because like a lot of people, they don't like being told that they are wrong. Their pride gets in the way. When it comes to money lessons, you need to shelve your pride!
-Some suggest that this advice is dead wrong even though they admit that their way of amassing money didn't work or that they have very little to show for it; This is pride getting in the way of clear rational thinking. Why not try a different approach if yours isn't working?
-Some gave it a bad review because they felt that Edelman was trying to push his own products. Other than promoting his other books which was annoying at times, he never suggest that you should use his insurance, brokerage or financial advice services!
-It's amazing how many people gave this book a bad review but how most gave a book titled, "Die Broke" five stars!? This proves the overwhelming trend towards instant gratification in today's world, which is in direct contrast to this book.
-Still others point to the recent downturn in the market as evidence that the stock market or investing in equities can't be counted on. Yet these same people forget that the market has had historical highs and lows but over the long term has produced an average return of +7%. These people are nothing but a modern day chicken little. Should we just put or money under a mattress and do nothing because we may loose money in the short run? Remember we are supposed to be investing over the long term.
-Still others reference that many people "they knew" lost everything in their retirement accounts just years shy of retiring due to the recent stock market bust. If these people had done their homework they wouldn't have had their entire retirement accounts 100% invested in equities. That's their fault. Again are we supposed to NOT invest because "they said this" or because of fear? Many people get in bad situations with finances because they act on Emotions and not out of Rational decisions.
-Still others give the good old Enron standby as a reason not to follow Mr. Edelman's advice. If they did even a little research they would have found that those employees lost everything because they were 100% invested in Enron stock. Whose fault is that? They were riding the cash cow like everyone else until it all fell apart. Remember the old adage, that `Pigs get slaughtered'? Yes, the company did require every employee to invest at least 20% of their 401k in Enron stock. Shouldn't these employees have used some deductive reasoning and asked if that was a company that they wanted to work for if they were forced to buy company stock? Does that even sound logical? No, those employees had dollar signs in their eyes like everyone else.
-Another talking point that other reviewers referenced was the hotly debated idea of carrying a Mortgage. Most people tie emotions with paying for a home. While I understand that there are some feelings tied to home ownership it shouldn't dictate your financial decisions. As an example, one reviewer said this in reference to paying extra on their mortgage; "The piece of mind that came with owning our home free and clear was worth more to us." This is a perfect example of what Mr. Edelman talks about in his book. Will that piece of mind pay the bills if you get laid off, loose your job? I don't think it will. Why do people beat themselves over the head to pay off a 5%, 6%, or 7% mortgage? Truth is, it's the cheapest debt you can ever have. As an example, I know people that have 15-year mortgages or people that send extra payments while at the same time having two or three credit cards charging 17%-30% interest. Or they have one or two car payments totaling $500-$1000 a month but they are consumed with paying off their mortgage!?
-Still others ask if he would still follow this advice after the recent loses in the stock market and down turn in the economy. Well he does. It is obvious that these people didn't do their homework and bother to find out that he wrote another book after 9/11 suggesting and reinforcing the same principles he had prior to the economic downturn.
-Lastly, why would you want to follow the nepotism of these readers if after all their way hasn't worked or they haven't tried Mr. Edelman's way? After all, the 5,000 or so in this book were able to do it! I think that many forget that slow and steady wins the race. The author isn't offering a quick fix but a sensible plan to put one on the road to wealth! Regardless of what these readers say, success isn't measures against the DOW or S

When I started at a new job this book was recommended to all new hires so I read it and I thought it was a great book. I really believe anyone that wants to learn more about investing and being finically knowledgeable should read it. I am not an expert by any means, but I thought it was well written and kept me interested in reading it every day. He has helpful suggestions to growing your financial future and that can never hurt anyone who is open to learning.

A MUST READ!.......2007-10-24
This book is a wonderful read and leaves you with very simple tools with which to start seeing a permenant change in the world around you. I highly recommend it for anyone who is into the journey of self.
Although simple, it may challenge the reader's perception, beliefs and ability to choose again and again and again. It takes that level of commitment. I found it proved itself in it's use. Aloha!

In Memory of Morrnah.......2007-10-19
Aloha,
For about 22 years I am a practitioner of the updated Ho'oponopono-process from Morrnah Simeona, who brings balance and joy in my daily life. So I feel free, to comment this book called Zero Limits.
I do not care that it is a promotion book for activities of the authors. But I care for the legacy of Morrnah. In that view the book does not reflect her genuine teachings, it is mixed up with other ideas, therefore creating a different system - but is referring to Morrnah.
Doing her Ho'oponopono is primarily not what is promised on the cover. Wealth can be a comfortable side-effect. The process is for releasing negative energies out of your mind and the mind of others involved at a given problem. The result is a blessing from the Divine Creator for all involved parties - but which kind is His choice. And Yes, the Way of Morrnah leads step by step to Peace and FREEDOM for you and your family and relatives, for your neighbors and your circle of acquaintances. May be even the landscape around you will have less traffic, more flowers and so on. You and those you are associated with will be on the track of evolution again. But one thing will not happen: It will not lead to Zero. The Divine is not Zero, the Divine is LIFE itself.
To say e.g. to the Unihipili "I love you, I am sorry, please forgive me, thank you" are not key phrases of the Ho'oponopono - even they are written on many pages of the book. They work for sure, as you profit from the huge thought forms of LOVE, FORGIVENESS or THANKS. Unihipili - your subconsciousness - is then in a well-feeling vibration, pretending your problems are erased. But not so. Your mind is simply manipulated. These words are a kind of murmuring a mantra, of singing a catchy record. With temporarily effect. Morrnah never taught this sequence. Her way was writing down the problems ... and doing the Ho'oponopono-process. There the words of Love, Forgiveness and so on are used in the context of the whole process - the deciding difference, beside the final erasing.
The proposal that the Divine is a Zero state (page 31) is neither the ancient way of Ho'oponopono nor the modern way of Morrnah. It seems to be the new way of Dr. Stanley Hew Len, based on a misunderstanding of the Void. Void exists as an emptiness of any matter, as space for an Ultraconsciousness beyond all consciousness as Man can be aware of - but it is anything else than Zero. It is - as Morrnah would say - the undefinable Pure. When doing her Ho'oponopono, Divinity will simply cleanse your Unihipili from all (emotional) rubbish what is not you, but it will let untouched this part of your Self-Identity, your ability of having feelings.
It is no surprise for me that the two authors attracted each other: One calls himself "Mr.Fire", the other one is otherwise known as "Haleakala" (House of the Sun). Since some years he changed to "Ihaleakala" (Divine House of the Sun). He is not a master teacher. A master teacher is not working with material labels, magic business cards and the like (page119). They surely will bring results, but not cleansing. They will become binding fetishes, created out of fear. If s.o. feels free of doing a Mahiki, these labels will be worthless within the twinkle of an eye - all of them.
"I've been told to kill the Divine to be home" (page 172). Did I hear the falling down of a mask from Stan? Will all come out as a Judas-story? In an interview in April 1985 (The Movement Newspaper, L.A., CA), Morrnah said: "By loving ourselves, we are loving the Divine". Consequently if killing the Divine, we kill ourselves. This message helps nobody. Morrnah opened the door for a new partnership between Divinity and Man, Stan seems intending to close this door.
Stan claimed having healed criminals in the Hawaii State Hospital only by looking through the files while murmuring the above sequence "I love you, etc." (page 41). THAT WAS NOT SO. He did the Way of Morrnah: Ho'oponopono-processes, the long form. And yes, for more than three years it was him who started humbly the process of expressing repentance to the criminals and their doctors, asking them for forgiveness, forgiving them and asking Divinity for healing all who are involved. Divinity accepted this altruistic plea and transformed step by step all negative memories and karmic bondages inside him AND inside the others into Light - as it was no accident, that Stan worked in this special hospital from 1983-1987. He was not responsable for these folks, he was the cause.
It might be attractive to get an honorable name from a kind of Guru (page 57/58), but it will not only lead to a longlasting bondage, it will also split your personality. Everybody's choice.
Every moment there are new problems under the sky as you are creating karma, which means: What you do to others (by living up your free will), you will experience on yourself. If you create problems, you will experience problems. You are the cause. Surely from that moment on you KNOW that you are the creator of your life, you are responsable for your future thoughts, words and deeds. You are responsable for the welfare of your Unihipili. But Morrnah never said as written in the book, that you are "100% responsable" of what you did in the past (page 41), because this is both binding and not true. Often others, unknown to you, are also involved. Furthermore it is giving you a feeling of guilt in the neighborhood of the original sin.
If a dog is barking to you, let it bark. It is its way to talk with you. It is its way of feeling LIFE. If it disturbs you, do not stop it by having magic ideas in your mind as proposed in the book (page 153). Again Morrnah would say just cleanse, that and why you are not comfortable with its barking.
You should not try to cleanse the 50 millions, who voted in your mind for the "wrong" president, as proposed in the book (page 168). May be you take over their Karma. Ask for cleansing why you are angry about their vote; Divinity will decide - that is it, what Morrnah would tell you. You are the cause if you are angry.
O ka Maluhia no me oe - Peace be with you, the Peace of I. AND IT IS DONE.
Finally.......2007-10-18
I have been reading self help books for years and finding this book has been a true magical gift. I always knew it had to be SIMPLE!
Ho'oponopono- A New Way of Living.......2007-10-17
I call this " a new way of Living", and what I mean by that is it is a way to heal myself , and all those I perceive as needing healing, which is really me!! What a concept!! At times I really get it, and other times it is a little harder. Surely "that person over there" has nothing to do with me. Even so, it is an awesome practice, and one I will continue to do.
Thanks, Joe and Dr.Len.

Book Description
Recorded history is a finely-woven magic fabric of intricate lies about events predating the sixteenth century. There is not a single piece of evidence that can be reliably and independently traced back earlier than the eleventh century. This book details events that are substantiated by hard facts and logic, and validated by new astronomical research and statistical analysis of ancient sources.

Has history been tampered with?.......2007-10-23
Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/RAZQNMXM4M9CL Has history been tampered with? Yes, it has! Did events and eras such as the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, the Roman Empire , the Dark Ages, and the Renaissance, actually occur within a very different chronology from what we've been told? Yes, they certainly did!
The history of humankind is both drastically shorter and dramatically different than generally presumed.
Why is it so? On one hand, it was usual custom to justify the claims to title and land by age and ancestry, and on the other the court historians knew only too well how to please their masters. The so called universal classic world history is a pack of intricate lies for all events prior to the 16th century. World history as we learn it today was entirely fabricated in the 16th-18th centuries. It's likely that nobody told you before, but
there is not a single piece of firm written evidence or artefact that is reliably and independently dated prior to the 11th century.
Naturally, after what you've learned in school and university, you will not easily believe that the classical history of ancient Rome, Greece, Asia, Egypt, China, Japan, India, etc., is manifestly false.
You will point accusing finger to the pyramids in Egypt, to the Coliseum in Rome and Great Wall of China etc., and claim, aren't they really ancient, thousands of years ancient? Well, there is no valid scientific proof that they are older than 1000 years!
The oldest original written document that can be reliably dated belongs to the 11th century!
New research asserts that Homo sapiens invented writing (including hieroglyphics) only 1000 years ago. Once invented, writing skills were immediately and irreversibly put to the use of ruling powers and science.
The consensual chronology we live with was essentially crafted in the 16th century by the Jesuits.
The world history was compiled from contradictory mix of innumerable copies of ancient Latin and Greek manuscripts and other irrefutable proofs delivered by late mediaeval astronomers that were cemented by the authority of writings of the Church Fathers.
Early in life, we learn about ancient history. Children love the magical lessons of history - they are like fairy tales. Teachers recite breathtaking stories; very soon We learn by heart the names and deeds of brave warriors, wise philosophers, fabulous pharaohs, cunning high priests and greedy scribes.
We learn of gigantic pyramids and sinister castles, kings and queens, dukes and barons, powerful heroes and beautiful ladies, emaciated saints and low-life traitors.
Ancient history is based documents, manuscripts, printed books, paintings, monuments and artefacts - called primary sources.
The problem is that neither these ancient documents, nor events described therein can be irrefutably dated, moreover they contradict each other for the most part.
When a school textbook tells us that Genghis Khan in year X or Alexander in year Y, have each conquered half of the world, it means only that it is so said in some of the written sources.
There are no answers to simple questions:
When were these primary sources written?
Where and by whom were these sources found?
It is wrongly presumed that ancient and medieval chronicles, written by Genghis Khan's or Alexander the Great contemporaries and eyewitnesses, are readily available. Actually, only sources written hundreds or even thousands of years after the events are there, compiled mostly in the 16th 18th centuries, or even later.
As a rule, these sources suffered considerable multiple manipulations, falsifications and distortions by editing. At the same time,
innumerable originals of ancient documents under various pretexts were destroyed in Europe under various pretexts.
The names of persons and geographical sites often changed meaning and location during the course of the centuries.
Geographical locations became clearly defined on maps only with the advent of printing.
This made possible the circulation of identical copies of the same map for purposes of the military, navigation, education and governance tasks.
Historians from Oxford say: "hey, everybody knows that Julius Caesar lived in the first century B.C.
`Julius Caesar' statement is only a point of view as
there is simply no irrefutable documentary proof that Julius Caesar or any other great name of antiquity ever existed.
Better than that - extremely rare sources that can be reliably dated back to the 10th-14th centuries A D, do not show the polished picture of classical history.
They show a picture both contradictory and confusing.
All methods of dating of ancient sources and artefacts are erroneous:
Radio-carbon C14 method produces dating with exactitude of plus minus 1500 years, therefore it is too crude for dating of events in historical timeframe!
The Almagest tractate, which lies as corner stone contemporary chronology, compiled in the 2nd century A D by Ptolemy, the founding father of astronomy, contains astronomical data of 9th to 16th century!
The Bronze Age,that has supposedly began 5000 years ago. Bronze is made of 90% copper and 10% tin, but the technology for tin extraction dates back to 14th century A D!.
All eclipses contained in manuscripts, like Thucydides one, relating 'ancient' events have exclusively medieval dating. All horoscopes cut in stone or painted in Egyptian temples, like Dendera have exclusively early medieval dating solutions.
Not quite what you have learned in school? Open your eyes, and, you will find sufficient proof to reach step by step the inevitable conclusion that the classical chronology is false and therefore, that the history of ancient and medieval world universally accepted today, is also false. Have a fresh outlook on everything said or printed about "ancient" and "enigmatic" Roman, Greek and Egyptian, medieval as well as all other "lost and found" civilizations.
Antiquity and Dark Ages are phantoms invented in the 16th 18th and polished in 19th 20thcenturies. Human civilization is in fact barely 1000 years old!
This book will change your perception of History forever!
What if Ancient Rome, Greece and Egypt were invented during Renaissance?
What if The Old Testament was a rendition of events of the Middle Ages?
What if Jesus Christ was born in 1053 and crucified in 1086 AD?
Sounds Unbelievable?
Not after you've read "History: Fiction or Science?" by Anatoly Fomenko, the genius mathematician.
Armed with astronomy and computers Anatoly Fomenko turns History into a rocket science.
Calculations are only as good as your numbers.......2007-08-03
Yes, we can all agree that mainstream history is nearly 100% BS due to politics, economics, ego, problems with dating techniques, and various conspiracies. Agreed. But, I've been researching the distinct possibility that human history (in terms of civilizations) are much more ancient than we've been told, so coming across this book was very interesting to me. I wondered how Fomenko could be wrong (if at all) because he is very persuasive in his presentations. Then it dawned on me. If at previous times in prehistory, due to the various catastrophies that are well documented (comets, asteroids, planetary disruptions, plasma discharge, pole reversals, etc) the Earth was in a different position in relation to the sun, different tilt on its axis, different orbit, different rotation (in terms of velocity and DIRECTION), and the continents were in different positions, then would this not cause the ancients to see the sky (constellations) differently? In other words, is Fomenko making erronious assumptions about the physics of the Earth in pre-history, which then corrupt his data with regards to dating the relevant astrology? The last event to seriously disrupt our planet occured roughly 3500 years ago, according to other good researchers, so is it possible Fomenko has been confused by this? The vastly different physics of our planet in the not so distant past may explain this confusion, which is not to say the "mainstream" version of history is correct; on the contrary. I am not an expert in these fields, but wanted to see if this idea could spark discussion.
Pants on fire?.......2007-07-19
Will people ever read before spamming? Yes, Jesuits could not rewrite world history alone, they had help. Anyway, Dr Prof Acad A.Fomenko does not point to jesuits as the driving force of world wide history manipulation in published volumes 1,2,3;, actually he barely mentions the poor devils. Check it with 'Search inside' feature, please. China is rarely mentioned either, in fact, Dr Fomenko is completely eurocentric. Right, his theory contradicts all mainstream schools of history, because in their actual state they are all built on blatantly erroneus chronology. You don't need a mysterious cabal (conspiracy) to falsify history, the falsification is its modus operandi. It is inherent to history(ians) to falsify (distort) events, as it is inherent to humans to boast as it is inherent to power (authority) to legimize itself by referrring to glorious past made to its own order. Dr Prof Fomenko and team have identified scores of instances of such manipulation in Russian, European, etc.. history, and delivered valid statistical proof thereof. His own 'reconstruction' is completely another story. Forget c14 as a valid method of dating. W.Libby has initially discovered a brilliant method of INDEPENDENT dating. Too bad, c14 method has become a joke after a forced marrige with dendrochronology with consensual chronological scale inbuilt. Radiocarbon method can't stand blind tests, but is so very productive as a rubberstamp.
Accepted History & Chronology Must Be Changed. .......2007-04-09
There is no doubt that history as most know it is a sham, & institution's version of History both University & Church is fradulent & inaccurate. Everything was established with an agenda, The real "Dark Ages" are now when we have access to incredible amounts of information past authorities & more important 'common folk' didn't have but our institutions & educators are slow to evolve because of what has ignorantly & arrogantly been taught for too long. This is on many subjects not just Chronology.
For anyone to question "Why would a Mathematician have anything credible to say of History?" The answer is from Dr. Fomenko's preface in the book: "It would be worthwhile to remind the reader that in the XVI-XVII century Chronology was considered to be a subdivision of Mathematics." These volumes could possibly be some of the most important works to date & should be read by everyone with an interest in History, especially professors & educators who have a duty to the public. I have read both books & must say that 'Chronology 1' has some very eye opening & revolutionary information. Even if these volumes are part true the implications are profound & opens the doors to further investigations & questions which must be done. I speak several different lanquages & must say the logic Dr. Fomenko uses with "inflection" of words & words being read from left to right in one region & right to left in another then written backwards, the removal of vowels & get down to basics of words, or different cities & locations having the same name etc. is correct. Vowel usage has always been optional & varied, actually complicating linquistics & study. The first thing one has to understand is that words never had a fixed spelling in history like we do now, the spelling of words was mutable & regional, as well as names & titles of people were vast, varied & changed, NOTHING WAS FIXED or understood linear. Matters of Life & Death as well as financial profiteering yesterday & today were & are made with ignorant, illogical & conspiratorial views of history & reality, it's time people get closer to the Truth & society collectively grow up.
Very Interesting.......2007-03-07
It is a good proposal and I believe it will mature into something even better in the future. I think it deserves to be read.

Great Book, but nothing too profound..........2007-09-28
I really enjoyed Rich Dad, Poor Dad (the original) and since I'm 17, I thought I'd read this book because it might be easier to understand and more applicable to me. It is that and really got me started thinking about my financial future etc... But most of his insight I had already read in Rich Dad, Poor Dad, but if you're a teen or pre-teen this is a good book to read if you want to get ideas on what you can do now to get a head start. The information is a little simplistic and vague, however, and I am now going to start reading Robert Kiyosaki's other books for adults. Most of the stuff he covered in this book I already knew or heard before to some extent, so no new info here, but it is a great read for teens that don't think about financial matters AT ALL, or for kids. If anything, it'll get you thinking. Great book! I recommend using a notebook to take notes during your reading of the book; it really helps!
Rich Dad, Poor Dad for Teens.......2007-08-31
My 12yr. old duaghter is really enjoying reading this book. As a businessperson and her father, I'm amazed at some of the questions that she's asking me due to reading the book. Well worth it!!
Our Eleven Year Old Loves This Book.......2007-08-09
Our son was already entreprenuerially minded,having started a car wash business when he was 9, but this book really galvanized him to think responsibly about money in a way that really excites him.
He has read it several times over, and we love that the book also offers reinforcement of what we already teach at home, concepts such as your life is greatly influenced by the company you keep and the thoughts you think.
Many adults will do well to read this.......2007-07-31
I read this and have bought copies to give to friends with teens - I wish this had been available when I was a teen and someone had the foresight to give it to me or my parents...
It is the same great material from Rich Dad Poor Dad in simplified format with some teen oriented exercises and journaling. Highly recommended to everyone age 13 and older. Also highly recommend the "Getting out of the Rat Race" which is a comic book format for younger people and also a great introduction to the material for all.
Buy this book and give it away! (Pay it forward)
Could Be Better.......2007-05-01
I am a teenager who had previously heard of his book for adults under the same name. I bought the teen one because it looked like it would be simpler and I felt I would learn better with the exercises. But I feel it was too simplistic and I wonder if I would have been better off getting the book for adults.
It is still useful but maybe what I was looking for was more information. This stuff felt too general talking about assets versus liabilities or good debt versus bad debt. Since I am still interested in the subject matter I will not give up.
I might try one of his adult books before I give up completely.
