Book Description
For would-be entrepreneurs, innovation managers or just anyone fascinated by the special chemistry and drive that created some of the best technology companies in the world, this book offers both wisdom and engaging insights—straight from the source.
— Chris Anderson, editor-in-chief of Wired Magazine, and author of The Long Tail
"All the best things that I did at Apple came from (a) not having money and (b) not having done it before, ever." —Steve Wozniak, Apple
Founders at Work: Stories of Startups' Early Days is a collection of interviews with founders of famous technology companies about what happened in the very earliest days. These people are celebrities now. What was it like when they were just a couple friends with an idea? Founders like Steve Wozniak (Apple), Caterina Fake (Flickr), Mitch Kapor (Lotus), Max Levchin (PayPal), and Sabeer Bhatia (Hotmail) tell you in their own words about their surprising and often very funny discoveries as they learned how to build a company.
Where did they get the ideas that made them rich? How did they convince investors to back them? What went wrong, and how did they recover?
Nearly all technical people have thought of one day starting or working for a startup. For them, this book is the closest you can come to being a fly on the wall at a successful startup, to learn how it's done.
But ultimately these interviews are required reading for anyone who wants to understand business, because startups are business reduced to its essence. The reason their founders become rich is that startups do what businessesdo—create value—more intensively than almost any other part of the economy. How? What are the secrets that make successful startups so insanely productive? Read this book, and let the founders themselves tell you.
Customer Reviews:
Great content, awful format.......2007-09-20
There's plenty of great information here, as all the other reviews said. But this interview format is really excruciating to read. Casual speech is very hard to transcribe in such a way that it becomes readable. This is why journalists and other writers are trained in how to reduce a long, tangential speech into something meaningful and clear. These interviews tend to run on and on and on, with the subjects jumping around, sometimes contradicting themselves, or misspeaking; all the stuff we do when talking, but which doesn't really matter in conversation, where other cues like body language make up for it. It really takes a lot of work to read this stuff, you're constantly having to hear the subject "out loud" in your head for it to make sense.
This book's easily twice as long as it could be if these interviews were edited down to a few really useful pages each. Or better: rewritten as short essays.
Interesting Read.......2007-09-19
Founders at Work is a fairly interesting read but lacks some depth. I'm the founder of a startup at the moment and am always keen to learn more about other founder's stories. The structure of this book is more like an interview with the interviewer rarely delving into the deeper human emotions, problems, issues, feelings etc of the founders. This really gives a basic "guided story" approach about each of the founders without any "pearls of wisdom" or "lessons learned".
Good for a single read or the average person who has an interest in technology startups from a founder's perspective, not worth being made into a hardcover.
As Good as Everyone is Saying...Just Buy It!.......2007-09-16
Loved this book. The interviewer asked a similar set of questions for all participants yet improvised when needed to follow an interesting train of thought to it's natural conclusion. All of the participants were refreshingly candid. Almost as if they were unloading on a therapist. Each interview is just long enough to feel complete but not so long as to feel redundant. On another note, I'm pretty anal when it comes to the physical presentation of a book and this one passes all my criteria: Decent margins, pleasant type face, good line space and font sizes, flexible spine stays open easily without trying to close itself, and easy to browse logical organization. If you're an entrepreneur working on tech start up this is one of the few "must read" books.
Better than the 7 Harry Potter books together.......2007-08-12
Better than the 7 Harry Potter books together (wich is a bad comparison as I didn't like them that much). The book is a collection of interviews with founders of famous technology companies about what happened in the very earliest days and later. Within each interviews, you'll catch dozen of interesting infos. Believe me , when you start it, you'll finish it within the week.
A Mars Bar for your Soul.......2007-08-02
Hey, maybe I'm just an old-fashioned chocaholic but books like this are what I turn to to get a lift.
In the same way a quick snack on a Mars Bar gives me a physical energy boost, I get a spiritual boost from reading about other people's struggles. An author needs a special style to pull off this kind of book and Jessica Livingston deftly steers the reminiscing. Maybe the book is just well-edited but there were many times when I think she asked just the perfect next question to keep the stories flowing.
I wish I'd been in the room.
Book Description
With nearly thirty movies, countless awards, and an unwavering commitment to UNICEF, Audrey Hepburn's life served as an example of both style and purpose. Customer Reviews:
A Generation's Treasure.......2007-10-12
Having grown up in the 50's/60's I wanted to be Audrey Hepburn. We all loved her...she was perfection in every way. From "War & Peace" to Breakfast At Tiffany's she held you spellbound. This book of treasures is indeed that. I received this as a gift from my husband and have now given a copy to my daughter...another generation enjoying our treasure.
Fabulous Book about a classic lady!.......2007-08-16
My mom loves Audrey Hepburn, and this book is just wonderful. It's like a personal scrapbook all about Audrey and Amazon has it $[...] cheaper than any store. It made for the perfect birthday present!
If your an Audrey Hepburn fan you will love this book.......2007-07-31
I was given this book as a birthday gift. I am a huge Audrey Hepburn fan. I think she is not only beautiful but she is an exceptional actress. She carries herself with a great deal of class. Looking through the book I felt as though I were looking through her own personal scrapbook. She went through so much in life but always came across as caring and graceful. The book is beautifuly written and I love the way it is put together with the snapshots and other wonderful surprises in the pages. This book gives you a wonderful glimpse into what her life was like. This is without a doubt one of the best Audrey Hepburn books I have ever read.
A must-have for Audrey fans!.......2007-04-06
The Audrey Hepbrun Treasures book is a treasure trove indeed, for it contains pictures and mementos from Audrey's amazing life. The book contains a foreword by Audrey's son, Sean Hepburn Ferrer, and is chronologically arranged, starting with Audrey's early childhood, her first role as a dancer, and goes on with her move to the silver screen, her marriages, her work with UNICEF, and finally her legacy. What makes this book truly unique is its format: it is presented in the form of a scrapbook, with reproductions of baby photos, family pictures, a wartime ID card, programs of Audrey's performances, and numerous other personal documents [birth certificate of her son, personal letters etc.]. These help to give us an insightful look into Audrey's amazing life, and help us to better understand this beautiful and graceful lady, who has inspired many by her beauty, her talent, and her convictions.
Love this book!.......2007-03-12
Not only is the book an excellent read about Audrey Hepburn, but the envelopes throughout the book that are filled with keepsakes and memoralbilia are wonderful! Great gift idea, also!
Book Description
Heralded by New York magazine as one of the city's most popular diets, macrobiotics has become the latest trend in dieting, thanks to high-profile supporters like Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow.
Speaking to the generation of young women looking to extend their healthy lifestyles beyond yoga and Pilates, macrobiotic chef and instructor Jessica Porter offers fresh, contemporary, and accessible insight into one of the world's oldest, yet most popular, diets. She explains that by eating good quality whole foods, any woman can experience physical, sensory, emotional, and intellectual freedom.
The effects of eating a macrobiotic diet can extend beyond basic health to weight loss, beauty, better sex, and peace of mind. Cooking tips and recipes are combined with Jessica's no-nonsense philosophy and witty anecdotes to create a lifestyle book that will inspire women to hit the kitchen with an understanding of how to strengthen their minds and bodies through food.
Customer Reviews:
Funny & Practical.......2007-07-28
The book gives a great overview of Macrobiotics. The author is humorous and doesn't take herself too seriously. An easy read through or reference text.
Making macrobiotics sound less crazy.......2007-06-24
Jessica Porter's light hearted approach to macrobiotics sets this book apart. She doesn't take herself too seriously and admits how nuts it all sounds to someone who has been eating a typical American diet their whole life. It makes the macro philosophy accessible to the most cyncial of us!
The Hip chicks got it going on when it comes to macrobiotic cooking.......2007-04-17
A fun and easy read full of useful information. Couldn't wait to get started. Waiting for her next book. The author has a great sense of humor and explains the theory behind macrobiotics in a clear and concise way. My husband and I love the fish wraps with asian slaw so much we have them at least once a week.
Amazing!.......2007-04-07
Simply one of the best books I've read on macrobiotics! It gives you a good introductory course on how to become macro and how to maintain the philosophy/diet. Jessica's anecdotes are just one of the great reasons to pick this up. Even if you aren't interested in macrobiotics as a lifestyle, there is some great info in here, with some great recipes! I loved her tempura recipe, and I'm going to be trying some more this weekend. This is just great advice for anyone looking to cleanse their bodies and minds or just to eat and feel better. A+
Easy reading.......2007-04-06
This is a wonderful book for anyone considering Macrobiotics. The book is written with wit and humor and is very easy to understand for someone unfamiliar with Macrobiotics. Even if you do not choose to do Macrobiotics you will still find this book enjoyable. I have recommended it to friends, relatives and the occasional stranger.
There are simple suggestions in the book which will give you a small insight into the possibilities of macrobiotics that do not require a complete lifestyle change or even a purchase -- a way to basically 'test drive' macrobiotics. I was amazed at what a few changes in diet can do.

Customer Reviews:
High flying ' whodunnit '.......2007-07-30
I,ve read all the Murder She Wrote books, and they never fail to please. Donald Bain is a genius. I was gripped from the start of this book right up to the last word. The ever jinxed Jessica and her Cabot Cove pals travel to London on Wayne Silverton's new airline. It's not long before the owner of the airline get's himself killed , and it's up to Jess and her pal George Sutherland to wrap up the case.
If you love Murder She Wrote, you will love this. It's a must for any avid fan, both of MSW and Donald Bain. Happy reading. Tea anyone????
Didn't feel like "Murder, She Wrote" to me.......2007-05-31
I originally bought the novel because I had just watched the DVD's of Season Six and was wanted some more Jessica Fletcher. Also, considering Donald Bain also wrote "Coffee, Tea, or Me?" I thought this self-referential nod amusing.
The disappointing part to me was the ending, though. It just ended, and Jessica didn't actually solve the case. Even when a twist at the end happened, it was because she had a hunch, she couldn't give a concrete reason why she thought the way she did. To me, a "Murder, She Wrote" story always ends with a scene where Jessica explains how she came to the conclusions she did and it shows that the clues were all there. This book did nothing of the kind, and I felt kind of cheated.
murder, she wrote: coffee, tea, or murder.......2007-05-15
this was a really good read...about a third of the way thru i thought i knew the murderer, then alittle more intriqued accured and i changed my mine....more suspects....i just love the way these stories are laid out...
especially when jessica and the inspector from scotland yard is involved.
i also perfer the group from cabot cove...they are such and interesting bunch..in the long run i had figured out the murderer using jessica's clues, and it just happen to be the one who did the killing..
this book is exciting all the way through. finished is two readings..couldn't put it down.
Murder, She Wrote: Coffee, Tea, or Murder?.......2007-05-15
Bought this for my wife. She enjoyed it because it was set in England. She said it was very entertaining and classic Jessica Fletcher.
Murder She Wrote - Coffee, Tea or Murder.......2007-05-13
Great book. Have read all the books in the series. Makes me think I am back on Sunday night with Angela Lansbury and the TV series.
Book Description
In today's highly connected world, almost everybody has a web site, from local sewing circles to the world's largest corporations. If you're ready for one of your own, Microsoft's FrontPage 2003 has everything you need to create Web pages. It's true. Your geek friends may howl in contempt if you use FrontPage, but that's because the program has a reputation for spitting out cookie-cutter Web pages with messy, overloaded HTML code that takes forever to load. Not any more.
After listening to complaints, Microsoft has given FrontPage 2003 some pretty advanced features, including an HTML cleanup tool that helps alleviate bloated code, and new support for Macromedia Flash and XML. Now, savvy Web veterans can control as much of the process as they want, and even collaborate on a site with developers who use Dreamweaver, GoLive or other Web authoring tools. Yet, unlike those other tools, FrontPage 2003 still has automated features for beginners who don't know where to start.
There's still one flaw, though. Microsoft's idea of a user manual is a flimsy pamphlet. But that's easily solved. FrontPage 2003: The Missing Manual offers you everything from the basics to meaty sections on advanced tasks. Our book puts the program's features in context, with clear and thorough chapters that provide valuable shortcuts, workarounds, and just plain common sense, no matter where you weigh in on the technical scale. With it, you can learn to build simple Web pages, or sophisticated ones with tables and Cascading Style Sheets, and find out how to manage and publish a Web site. You'll also learn to create forms, work with databases, and integrate FrontPage with Microsoft Office.
If you haven't worked with Web pages before, each chapter provides "Up to Speed" sidebars with useful background information. If you do have experience, the "Power Users' Clinic" sidebars offer advanced tips and insights. You won't find tips like those in the pamphlet, or even in the Help file. FrontPage: The Missing Manual gives you the complete lowdown on the program above and beyond any book on the market.
Customer Reviews:
Valuable source of information.......2007-08-26
The readability of this book is outstanding, and it facilitates the understading of what a website is, and the tools with-in Front Page which will help in the creation a basic website. After reading the first few pages of Front Page 2003 I felt confident that I had found the proper manual to assist me in developing, and eventually publishing my website. Unequivically, I highly reccomend this manual as the primary resource for utilizing Front Page 2003.
the one for me.......2007-08-25
I got FrontPage 2003(The Missing Manual) it is good from the start to the end, I knew quite a lot already because I used FrontPage for more than a year already but no book to help me in my study, I also use macromedia dreammweaver which is quite good too I use the best of both world building a wesite from both what a cannot do with one I do with the Other one I make use of the FrontPage for dynamic pages for I'm not very good at coding FrontPage does the hard work for you and save you months of hard and tedious coding and headaches.
Finally! A reference I can count on!.......2007-07-23
I love the series The Missing Manual. I never really cared for FrontPage 2003 for some reason so I always created my websites on Dreamweaver. Once Microsoft came out with FrontPage 2003, I decided to give it a shot. I looked around for some books to help me and found that nothing was really that spactacular. Then I came across the Missing Manual Frontpage 2003. I looked up up online and read each review before I went to the bookstore to check it out. I bought the book and I am glad that I did. This is defintaly the best book on the market for Frontpage 2003.
Best manual for FrontPage 2003.......2007-05-14
After borrowing from the library several different books on FrontPage 2003 I finally stumbled on this book to help me make sense of the software. It is by far the most thorough and helpful book I have found. Ms Mantaro does an excellent job of explaining the "how to" of most tasks required to build a website with FrontPage 2003.
Great Book for Begginers to Pros.......2007-05-03
This book covered everything very nicely while starting as if you knew nothing, which I didn't. I was able to learn Frontpage quickly and get two websites up and running in a few months. What else do you need to know?

This is not a new book .......2007-03-13
I loved Jessica Weiner's books A Very Hungry Girl and Do I Look Fat In This. Therefore, when I saw she had a "new" book out, I immediately ordered it from Amazon without paying attention to details. Please be aware that if you already own Do I Look Fat In This, you do not need to order Life Doesn't Begin 5 Pounds From Now; this is the same book with a different title and a new forward. So now I own two copies of this book with different covers, but I don't mind so much because it is filled with wonderful information for not-slim women like me. Guess I must have needed to re-read it, huh?
YOU CAN'T FEEL FAT -- BECAUSE FAT IS NOT A FEELING..........2006-10-23
If you're tired of dieting, this may be the book for you. Jess's book is a breakthrough experience for anyone who has struggled with self-appearance and self-esteem....and isn't that most of us. She believes that by focusing on what others tell you are your shortcomings-- you miss opportunities to feel connected, sexy and powerful. Whether you're a size 2 , 12 or 22 or beyond-- you can benefit from Jess's words of wisdom. The motivational speaker, author and self-described "actionist" versus Activist...writes in plain English and tosses in some great motivational quotes from famous people and some fun facts about self approval and more. Twelve chapters plus an afterword are included..and the chapters are fun to read-- get this even if you don't have the time to read it-- just scan it and you'll benefit -- I promise...ANyway the chapters range from Decoding the Language of Fat...to the Famous or should I say infamous question most women ask daily "Do I look Fat in This? to "I Feel Fat" to If I were Thinner, He'd Love me" to Thunder Thighs Run in my Family to Ch 6-- I'd be so happy if I looked like a Celebrity to 7) Once I lose some weight..... to 8) All of my Friends are not and I'm not...9) But I'm jsut trying to be healthy to 11) [...] 12) Sorry I don't speak that language. Quizes, roleplaying experiences and fun quizes are interspersed with TAKE ACTION steps...Probably the most important thought though is that YOU CAN"T FEEL FAT -- because fat is not a feeling-- and if you read that section alone (I don't want to steal her thunder with her response to this) ...you'll benefit greatly...AN amazing lady and a fun, easy-to-read book that's great for girls above 12, teens, college chicks and women of any age...great to get this before the holiday parties start! Fun birthday gift...
incredible.......2006-06-28
I can't begin to describe my difficulties of growing into the body I am going to have as a woman, but I don't have to because Jessica did it for it for me. There are very few ways to describe how it feels to read "Do I look fat in this?" except to say it's freeing. As I turned the pages I would eat up every word & little by little i could breathe easier.
Jessica is the start of something amazing that i want to be a part of!!
"She wins who calls herself beautiful and challenges the world to change tp truely see her" - Naomi Wolf
Genuine connection heals........2006-05-11
I have been a psychotherapist for about as long as Jessica has been on the planet and a writer longer than that. From both of these vantage points I applaud this excellent book. Most of all, Jessica is honest and vulnerable in what she has to share and teach and it is that kind of genuine connection that really helps people heal. Buy 2 copies; you'll want to give one away.
A Good Read for Those Struggling with Body Image.......2006-02-23
This is a good book for young women struggling with body image and self-loathing. Those suffering from an eating disorder often feel alone and isolated - this will help them to know that they are not alone. The book sends the message of learning to accept themselves and reject the unattainable quest for perfectionism.

You'll begin your quest by conquering a super-easy dragon that even the most foolish of ogres could draw. You'll forge onward to discover simple secrets and spiffy tricks for making creatures friendly or fierce, sorrowful or cynical
drawing them from all different perspectives, in flight or at rest (so vain, those dragons - they love to strike a pose!). You'll also learn how to incorporate various details to make each beast original.
Because dragons enjoy having others around to terrorize, disembowel and occasionally hang out with, this book will also teach you how to create a whole cast of creatures, including mythical griffins, guardian gargoyles and deadly basilisks. All this within the curiously compelling, beautifully beastly and brightly colored pages that you will soon hold in your hands, which by now are no doubt trembling with keen anticipation. So quit dragon your feet! (Ugh, wyrms hate puns!) Kindly buy this dragon favorite and make your wildest, wickedest, fire-breathingest fantasies come true!

Funny and useful instruction.......2007-10-15
I bought this for my son and I to use. He enjoys art but lacks confidence. The reviews for this book were good and after using it this weekend, I'm glad I bought it. We both followed the instructions and created our first dragons and my son was so excited. It is definitely a fun and enjoyable book that I recommend for other young artists.
GREAT HOW TO BOOK.......2007-10-03
My kids have always been frustrated with "how to draw" books. I don't know what it is about how Neon explains things, but not only can they get the instructions, but the results are great! Conversational tone, can-do attitude? I'd expect something with two heads, four limbs and wings to be harder to draw than your basic horse, but they can do it! Brava!
Dragon art: How to Draw Fantastic Dragons and Fantasy Creatures.......2007-09-05
The examples in the book are very good but for the more advance young artist. The pictures would also be good for copying and using as coloring for younger artists. Would think this book is more for about 10 years and up.
Very nice book . . . .......2007-08-16
This book is wonderful. It's fun to look at even if you're not in it for the instructional value it has. What makes it unique is that it gives the reader a little history on each creature.
I wouldn't consider this a 'beginners' book as some of the techniques are slightly advanced, but I think anyone can benefit from what this book offers.
This book would be very beneficial to tattoo artists.

Book Description
The connection between inflammation and heart disease, arthritis, and other chronic ailments has become increasingly clear. Many food allergies and poor dietary choices over stimulate the immune system and cause inflammatory responses that erode the body’s wellness and pave the path for ill health. Based on her naturopathic practice, Jessica Black has devised a complete program for how to eat and cook to minimize and even prevent inflammation and its consequences. The first part of the book explains the benefits of the anti-inflammatory diet with an accessible discussion of the science behind it. The second half contains 108 recipes. The author offers many substitution suggestions and includes a healthy ingredient tip with each recipe. Most of the dishes can be prepared quickly and easily by even novice cooks. A week of sample menus for summer months and another for winter are included, as well as a substitutions chart, allowing readers to modify their favorite recipes to increase their healing potential.

An excellent, health-promoting guide .......2007-08-04
Naturopathic physician Jessica K. Black presents The Anti-Inflammation Diet and Recipe Book, a guide offering 125 recipes, lists of foods to eat and foods to avoid, and a full week of sample menus for summer and winter months. Written especially for individuals attempting to follow an anti-inflammatory diet who have trouble finding recipes to use, The Anti-Inflammation Diet and Recipe Book offers entrees, breakfasts, salads, soups, and desserts that exclude common allergens and inflammation-aggravators such as fried foods, foods with hydrogenated oils, peanuts and peanut products, alcohol, juice, caffeinated teas and sodas, potatoes, tomatoes, wheat products, corn, sugar, pork, citrus fruits and more. Chapters also recommend foods that should be prominently featured in an anti-inflammation diet, such as pineapple (due to its content of bromelain), most fruits and vegetables, garlic, ginger, tumeric, flaxseed oil, and others. An excellent, health-promoting guide especially recommended for anyone coping with arthritis or other inflammatory illnesses.

One of the most difficult challenges I have faced when suggesting to my patients on dietary modifications is offering patients alternatives to their inflammatory menus. Not only has Dr. Black provided easy to prepare and tasty recipes, but the ingredients serve their purpose: they favor pathways that decrease inflammation. Hence patients with intensely inflammatory conditions, such as rhumatoid arthritis, have been able to experience relief, thanks to this cookbook. It offers recipes that appeal to kids and provides ample educational material for patients to resource. It is the ideal cookbook for all.
A Wonderful Resource .......2007-05-19
This book has been a powerful resource in my practice for many years dating back to its original self-published version. I have found that foremost in the process of restoring a persons health is inflammatory reduction. It is this inflammation which often initiates and propogates a disease process that eventually creates pathology. Dr. Black's book is an essential tool for implementing my recommended dietary changes on a practical level. It is full of helpful educational material and ripe with a multitude of savory and delicious recipes. This book will give you all the necessary information to begin a positive lifestyle change which you can then apply to your own cullinary creations. For those people looking to restore health naturally, Dr. Black's book will not disappoint.
My patients LOVE this Book!.......2007-05-18
One of the most difficult aspects of nutritional counseling is helping people make dietary changes. This book makes these transitions much easier by providing reasons for reducing inflammation in the body, nutritional facts about common foods which may cause inflammation --and best of all--tasty recipes and helpful hints.
My patients LOVE this book and it has become an important part of the dietary portion of my "Simple Steps to Wellness" programs.
Dr. Karen Benton, Naturopathic Physician
Great Resource!!.......2007-05-18
I have been using the dietary recommendations outlined in Dr. Black's book for a number of years with my patients. It is so helpful to have a comprehensive cookbook that explains why people should eat this way and how they should do it! It really has made dietary changes less overwhelming for people that may have been intimidated to make big shifts in the way that they eat. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in addressing their health concerns from a foundational level.

Book Description
This lively, practical book offers a complete guide to doing cognitive therapy with children and adolescents. Within a clear-cut theoretical framework, the authors describe how to adapt cognitive therapy principles and procedures to the unique needs of children with a variety of presenting problems. The book starts with the fundamentals, demonstrating a systematic yet flexible approach to case conceptualization and treatment planning. Detailed guidelines are then presented to help the clinician introduce cognitive therapy to children and families; identify problems, feelings, and thoughts; craft Socratic dialogues; design homework assignments; and implement a range of traditional and creative interventions. Concluding chapters focus explicitly on techniques for managing depression, anxiety, and disruptive behavior in youth. Devoting special attention to cultural diversity issues, the book is filled with illustrative case examples and session vignettes. Included are many useful reproducible worksheets and forms.

very useful book; exactly what i needed.......2007-03-14
Really good book. Esseential resource for all clinicians
Excellent Learning Tool.......2007-03-04
I'm still working my way through the book; but what I like is that its an easy read and you can incorporate it in to practice as you are going along. Its an excellent way to learn specific ways to use Cognitive Therapy with both children and adolescents. They do a good job of disinguishing between the two, which is important when you work with the two age groups. If you like specific techniques, and easy to follow explanations this is a worth while book.
Well done!.......2005-08-19
This book came in a timely manner and is in the condition I expected. No complaints.
Followthrough of Promises.......2005-07-20
This book is ideal for anyone with some knowledge about psychology. It provides some general information regarding cognitive-behavioral theory, but it does so in almost a "need to know" format; as the book goes through the outline of how to conduct a session according to the cognitive-behavioral formati, it explains the rational behind the design in a clear and intelligent way. A great supplement to a Master's level education.
Review.......2005-07-19
This is an excellent description of CBT and its application to work with children. A nice combination of concrete strategies and more theoretical discussion of CBT. Great for both trainees and more seasoned clinicians.
