5 out of 5 stars How to be the best in Real Estate.......2007-07-26

Gary Keller tells it like it should be. If you have a true servant's heart and want to help people with the skill and knowledge you have as a Realtor, this is the book to read. He gives a number of techniques but ultimately, he makes it clear that you need to want to do what is best for your client - not your pocket. Excellent book, I recommend this to every new agent I work with. Need a plan to get started right, Gary is the man with the plan!

4 out of 5 stars A Primer on doing business.......2007-07-14

There are many books available that address sales and marketing for the real estate agent but very few provide solid advice on how to run a real estate business. This easy to follow book provides information that, if applied will set any agent apart from his peers.

5 out of 5 stars A must read! Changed my career!.......2007-06-27

After the first 6 months in business (I've just finished my 3rd year), I decided to buy a number of Real Estate instructional books on how to sell Real Estate. I had a feeling this would be the best. I saved it for last. I read 4 other books over the holidays (about a 4 week period). The other books were good, but redundant and nothing that changed me. I started to read this book and immedietely knew that this book was different. It gave specific direction on what has worked for successful people. Not just successful people here and there, but the book took a scientific approach to identify common practices among groups of successful Realtors.

The result? I can't say that I do everything that the book says to do. I should! But, I have taken parts of the books and implemented those practices. The year after reading this book I made the top 20% in the market. The following year I made the top 15%. And this year is off the charts. I'm not sure where I will end up, but top 10 or better.

There is no substitute for hard work, but I would rather work hard the right way. Best of luck!

4 out of 5 stars You've Got To Be Open To A Unique Perspective.......2007-06-23

This is the best book on the market on how to organize and run a real estate agent business. Its principles are applicable whether you are a brand new agent, or have years of experience. That said, if you are looking for a book to explain listings per se, or working with buyers per se, then this might not be the right book for you -- this book looks at being an agent from a much broader (and more important in my opinion) perspective than that. If you are smart (if you "get it") then you will realize that the things taught in this book are far more important to your ultimate success than any book you might read on how to take a listing. Buy this book, read it ten times, and when you think you understand it read it ten more times! Its message is that important! Few understand this.

In the spirit of full disclosure, I should say that I am an attorney, real estate broker, investor, trainer, and am affiliated with a Keller Williams office in Chicago. That said, rest assured that my affiliation with Keller Williams does not affect my integrity with respect to my review of this book -- honestly, it is a good book that you should read. For what it's worth, I am the author of another real estate related book that can also be found here on Amazon -- The WealthLoop Series Beginner's Guide to Building Wealth Buying Houses: The Foolproof Roadmap to Real Estate Riches Without the Risks and Hassles of Landlording. It's part of the "WealthLoop Series" and unlike many real estate books, it is an actual "how to" book as opposed to a "rah-rah" book and comes complete with forms, checklists, leases -- everything the beginning investor needs to get started. Agents from across the country have been telling me that my book finally taught them the right way to work with residential investors.

I would suggest that you buy both mine and Gary Keller's books.

1 out of 5 stars Useless.......2007-06-19

I am a rookie agent and found the material worthless, a complete waste of money and time. There is no real technique here. The book so repetitive its agonizing. The worst part is it really has nothing to do with real estate, I learned NOTHING about the real estate business reading this book. You could re title the book an infinite number of times and have the same content "The Millionaire Day Care Worker" for example. There is as much information about running a day care as there is real estate. Steer clear.

5 out of 5 stars Worth the Money.......2007-09-27

I remember 2 Minutes After I bought this book I regretted it, who would spend $24 on a book, about a mompreneur. Afterall I've read many like it and found them all to be elementary. Not this book, I will use this book like my entreprenuer Bible. She discusses so many things that many don't know about. I've bought Entrepreneur's Guide to Starting Your Own Business and I found myself dragging through it, because it was so dull but informative. This woman excites me on my journey, she gives me a flashlight so I can see the many obstacles facing any female entrepreneur. She helps women see that there are people who are out there ready to take advantage of a womans naiveness. Some of the information is basic like the patenting stuff, which I know a great deal about, but much of it is very interesting because she's actually gone through it and can tell you what she was faced with at each level of her business development. It is an inspirational story and a how-to guide wrapped in pink. If she can take an idea like wuvit to the next level and make a million dollars off of something as seeminlgy simple as popcorn wrapped in cotton, then surely I can do the same or better. Don't You Think!!!

5 out of 5 stars Long awaited guide!.......2007-09-13

This is the long awaited guide I've been looking for! Its detailed and tells you exactly where to go to find the answer! The book is humours, amibitious, & motivating!

3 out of 5 stars Has its flaws but good information.......2007-08-20

I'm a little torn on this book. It has its pros and cons.

Pros:
- Good information that can be used if you can digest it in a logical order.
- The author has a good story to tell, but I don't think this book did it justice.

Cons:
- If this book was edited, then the editor should be fired. The organization is horrible. There is no logical order to the way the information is presented and a lot of the information is repeated. It's very dry and I found myself only reading 2 to 3 pages at a time. I do not think this is the author's fault. Her publisher just didn't do a very good job preparing this book for the market. It's like they just tossed her random thoughts into the book without thinking it through first.

- Also, like the reviewer said below, this book is discouraging. Maybe she's trying to show you the reality of bringing your product to market, but her choices weren't always on target. There is a dose of negativity in her book that will probably scare some people away from starting their business. Don't be scared away. I recommend reading "Secrets of Millionaire Moms." I read that at the same time as this book and that book is inspiring and easy to digest.

All in all I think the author has a good story to tell and I am intrigued. She's just not a writer and probably got little help from her publisher. This book is not easy to read; it's almost like reading an IRS booklet. But it does have good info that can be used. Read it with an open mind and try to pass over the discouraging comments.

2 out of 5 stars A riveting story, but actually DISCOURAGED me.......2007-07-16

I always thought the idea of owning a business would be great. I've dabbled on Ebay, with the whole intent being to stay at home and raise my kids while making money on the side. When I saw the title of this book it inspired me....maybe if I read it I could find some inspiration to start a business myself?
While the book itself is a good read (I didn't want to put it down!) I found the author's tenacity a bit scary. The product itself has limited potential....like a previous poster said, it's a fad product. Once everyone owns one, your income potential has pretty much dried up. The author fought really hard to make her business succeed by begging and borrowing, often at great personal risk. She often sacrificed time spent with family in her quest to make her business succeed. This to me represents the biggest conflict in her quest....the title "Mommy Millionaires" implies that this is something a Mommy can do "in her spare time" or when she isn't caring for her children. When in fact after reading this book I am more apt to believe the author traded in her time with her children FOR the business.....she even speaks about missing her children's birthday parties because she was too busy trying to promote her business.
I give this book 2 stars because it is a good read....but it misses its mark as an inspiration for other "mompreneurs". There are plenty of families out there who can successfully manage family and business. Moms shouldn't have to choose!

5 out of 5 stars Fantastic book on the reality of starting your own business.......2007-07-16

Although I am not a mother, I stopped when I saw the word Millionaire on Kim Lavine's book cover and decided to take a peek. What I found was a detailed account of what it was like to start your own business from the very beginning. Starting one's own business can be very daunting, especially if you do not have a mentor. This book gives you the step by step guide that you need without omitting any of the details. She even explains the consequences of not taking certain steps with illustrations from her own experience. I am finding this book to be incredibly helpful as I read through it a second time, outlining the actions I need to take in order to be successful. It is timely, humorous, encouraging, engaging and insightful and when I'm a millionaire she'll be one of the people I thank!

Book Description

n this revolutionary book, Dr. Anderson refutes the widespread idea that one must be poor to be Christian and shares biblical perspectives on money, business, and investment.By decrying the myth that Christians must be poor to be righteous and offering examples of Christians who combined financial success with a faith-filled life, Anderson provides a new, relevant slant on a timeless area of popular interest. His message in a nutshell: the Bible teaches that God blesses the work of your hand, but if your hand isn't doing anything, there is nothing for Him to bless! Dr. Anderson explains the process of experiencing God's blessing through the increase and investment of wealth. An invaluable resource for current or would-be investors and entrepreneurs, this book not only inspires readers to become educated about finance but gives them tools for action and compels them to move forward confidently in the direction of their financial dreams.

Customer Reviews:

4 out of 5 stars I like the references to the Bible..........2007-07-10

It is real important to see the connection to the scripture! I think most Christians believe that we are to be humble and poor. This gives new insight and takes away the guilt of feeling like we have too much. I would like to see a follow-up book that talks about the strategies used to growth wealth, other than the basics of budgeting and saving.

5 out of 5 stars You can be religious...and RICH too !!!!.......2007-05-31

This book is excellent reading for the secularists who do not think that GOD has any place in society....surprise.....he wants you to be RICH !!!!!

What better coach to have ????? Excellent read......

5 out of 5 stars Excellent Book.......2007-05-13

This is an excellent book for the Christian who wants to receive God's financial blessing. It will change your view of money and how to attain it. There isn't any technical information on actual investments, but the author does include a list at the end of the book of other books that will educate you on specific financial investments. This book is a great start for someone looking to achieve wealth the Christian way. The author backs up the statements he makes with Bible verses throughout.

5 out of 5 stars An absolute Revelation! A must have for every Christian.......2007-04-10

I cannot stress enough how amazing this book is. Anderson backs all is teaching with biblical scriptures that are NOT taken out of context. This book give you both biblical and non-biblical principals that I think should be required to all Christians. This is Not a get rich quick book, nor a "if you give your money to my ministry, you will get rich". It lays the foundations to what the bible and the Lord expects us to behave and act with money and wealth! 5 Stars all the way!

5 out of 5 stars Becoming aMillionaire God's Way.......2007-03-14

I thought the book was very educational and if one would impliment the instructions they will be blessed!

Filled with insights and philosophies of the accomplished interviewees that are inspiring and educational. The questions asked by the author is also very well directed to draw out the clues and wisdom we can all learn from. Everytime I read the book at differnt stages of my life, I pick up yet another idea/insight that I didn't realize before... probably because I personally am continuing to develop. As they say, at every life stage, income level, etc., you have to be a different person. It's a "must have" for your success library!

1 out of 5 stars Not worth the money.......2006-06-07

First time I write a review, but I thought I would take the bother. I did not like this book. Although the title is accurate, it is about conversations with millionares, the conversations are not very enriching. I would have prefered to have spent my money on something else.

BE WARNED!!! In the book there is a web page address were two free gift are promised, this is not true a you are requested to sign up with your e-mail, only to be bombarded with SPAM, and end up with no gift.

5 out of 5 stars great insights for the would be entrepreneur.......2005-11-09

Oddly enough I bought this book after a "spam" e-mail made its way into my inbox. It is a thoroughly insightful and enjoyable read and is one of the "Top Ten" books to have in your wealth building library. This book is filled with real world examples of people who had the courage and conviction to follow through on their ideas and get up again if they fell. No get rich without working ideas here, just real people with valuable products and services that stayed with their ideas when ordinary people might have given up. Inspiring and thought provoking- don't miss it.

5 out of 5 stars The Millionaires of Genesis.......2007-10-11

I'm not totally through the book but it's a great, teaching book about values and how to be rich, not necessarily monetarily! Forgiveness, tithing, sacrificing, faith and hope are mantras for someone that is searching to be a Millionaire. It's been an asset to my reading collection.

4 out of 5 stars Great insights, sometimes doctrinally questionable.......2007-10-10

As a long-time student of the Old Testament with a particular love for the Book of Genesis, I was fascinated by some of the insights the author offered.

I some cases, however, I feel that the author took liberties in interpretation of the facts. Particularly noted were her interpretations of the names of places. It seemed like she wanted to mold the facts to fit her point of view.

Still, the book was well worth the price and time to read. I'm reading it a second time.

5 out of 5 stars A landmark book on the art of affirmations!.......2000-04-24

This book is a must have for anyone who wants to use affirmations to create positive changes in their everyday life. Ponder explains her ideas clearly and gives plenty of examples of affirmations for everything from finding a job to solving problems and achieving career goals. I highly recommend it. I have used this book as a guide to keep me on track towards success for over 20 years. I think it's the best prosperity book ever written. It's especially good for people who are in the stages of life like Joshua's--feeling like they are wandering without direction, wondering when they will succeed and how they will do it. Ponder's advice is practical, comforting and inspiring. She tells you how to stay focused and keep planning to reach your goals, even when it seems like everything in life is resisting you or thwarting you. Then she explains the attitudes and actions that help you overcome the obstacles to achieving your goals. It really is a wonderful book. Also, Ponder is the only prosperity author whose books are all different from one another--each one takes a different perspective and adds depth and scope to your understanding, not just of prosperity, but also your health, yourself and all your relationships.

1 out of 5 stars questionable validity.......2000-10-02

I purchased this book based on a recommendation by an author I respect; James Russell. I'm certain the book will benefit any that believe that positive thinking will make positive things happen, and that thinking happy thoughts will enable you to fly. There is a certain amount of truth to that, but the author claims to base her philosophies on the Bible and then exercises extreme creative license in her interpretation of the scripture. She in fact gives suggestions and direction that are in direct contradiction to it often enough that I felt her validity was compromised, and I won't purchase any of her other books in the "millionaires of the Bible" series.

I Dare You! by William H. Danforth

The Master Key System by Charles Haanel

I Dare You! by William H. Danforth

I agree that a businessman should stick to business. But a proven four-fold program, plus a love for Youth, plus an inner urge-all dare me to write this book. "I Dare You" is for the daring few who are headed somewhere. Those afraid to Dare might as well pass it up. It will weary the lazy because it calls for immediate action. It will bore the sophisticated, and amuse the skeptics. It will antagonize others. Some will not even know what it is all about. It will not be over-popular because it calls for courage, swift and daring. But in the eyes of you, one of the priceless few, I trust will come a renewal of purpose as you read on. You can be a bigger person than you are and I am going to prove it to you. I am indebted beyond measure to Gordon M. Philpott, who has been of inestimable help in the writing and editing of "I Dare You." His keen insight, his rare judgment and his frank criticisms have helped make this book a labor of love instead of a drab task. I honor him as a close associate in business, but most of all I cherish him as an understanding friend.

Steps To Success: think yourself rich

It is your right to be rich, you know. You're here to lead the abundant life. You are here to be happy, radiant and free. You should therefore have all the wealth you need to live a full, happy and prosperous life, of course you should. You are here to grow, expand and unfold spiritually, mentally, and materially, and professionally. You have the inalienable right to fully develop, to express yourself in all ends. You should surround yourself with beauty and luxury. Why be satisfied with just enough to go around, when you can enjoy the riches of your subconscious mind?

The Master Key System by Charles F. Haanel

Charles F. Haanel was a successful business man who discovered that spiritual life is a key to success in everything you do. He proved that what is happening outside is in a direct relation to what is taking place in your consciousness. When the Master Key was published, it was one of those books that successful business men wanted out of the market. They didn't want people to read this book as its truths would help anyone to overcome limitations. He explains in very plain language how to create your own world according to your own desires in accordance with your level of discipline in attaining your goals. The rumor is that when Bill Gates was just a student, he read this book and utilized its truths. Rest is history.

2 out of 5 stars Good Information, but only for raw beginners.......2007-10-11

The title would have you think that you're being given access to a wealth of inside information that most people don't know about. Well, that's only true if you are just stepping out into the big world on your own, or if you've been living paycheck to paycheck and not paying attention. For anyone who understands the basics of finance and business, this book won't tell you anything you haven't heard many times before. It's reasonably well written, although a good edit would have caught many of the typos and grammatical gaffes. And there is information provided here that everyone should know. So if your eighteen year old is heading out to their first apartment, this would be a good going away gift. If you itemize your tax deductions, or operate your own business, you'll find this elementary level reading at best.

5 out of 5 stars The book is a great money maker.......2007-08-07

I read this book after the Evolution Diet- and I really like the style of writing. It's lighthearted, but very good informative. I'm going to do two of the technique right away including start an online business to get ad revenue and change my deductions to give me more money throughout the year, save that money, and make money on interest instead of giving it to the government before it's due. This was really smart I thought- why is it that we give the government our money through income tax all year without earning interest, but once we're late on our tax return, we're instantly charged interest. Very suspect! Morse shows how to capitalize on that.

All the reviews are right on except for Bertie's review below - this one time reviewer seems like he/she has a bad job and is taking it out on this guy.

I got this book with Scam Proof and that looks good too.

2 out of 5 stars How to Take Advantage of the People Who Are Trying to Take Advantage of You.......2007-08-05

This book was disappointing. Most of the advice is obsolete, like "switch over to free checking." Huh? Free checking accounts came out almost a decade ago. Or "deduct business expenses from your taxable income." Well no kidding. If you already keep diligent finances, this book won't help you. It's for people who've been asleep their whole lives and need common-sense instructions (the same people who need instructions on how to use things like paper clips).

As a customer service worker myself, some of the advice made me cringe. For example, the author says to call your cell phone provider and constantly threaten to cancel so they'll give you a better plan. First of all, employees have business rules to follow and threats do absolutely nothing but make us roll our eyes. In fact, later we go to the break room and laugh about the stupid jerks who called and threatened us that day, especially if the customer has a long history of constantly returning things, cancelling service, re-signing up, like this author recommends doing. We can see EVERYTHING on an account (and we can also see any/all accounts associated with that name, regardless of different contact info), and every time a customer harasses us we literally take notes. We can also flag an account "bad customer." "Cust called demanding free shipping from expired catalog, threatened to shop elsewhere. Told him catalog exp 3 mos ago, cust very rude, hung up." The author views customer service employees as people "whose only care is getting off work later to go hang out with her friends at the mall." Ha! I WISH that was my only care. The only way we'll bend over backwards to help a customer is if something truly unfair happened, like the post office lost the package or if the credit card was charged twice. And I applaud Sprint for dropping all those bad customers, which made headlines recently.

Anyway, this book boasts "savings of over $100,000" but I couldn't find a single penny's worth of advice in it.

    5 out of 5 stars A valuable resource.......2007-03-06

Morse uses a humorous, no-nonsense approach to help readers navigate the sea of credit card offers, tax refunds, cell phone rebates, and more everyday financial issues in the most advantageous way possible. He provides many valuable, never-before-revealed tips on how to make the most of your finances, and he sheds light on the often confusing policies of our major corporations, as well as on many of their shadier marketing ploys and full-blown scams. Whether it's with a lower interest rate or a free iPod, a newly discovered tax write-off or a free vacation, everyone will benefit from reading this book.

4 out of 5 stars A good introduction of the basics of not getting done-to........2007-01-30

This book is a collection of things one ought to realize about the real world of marketing, credit cards, and other things that have a dark side. Don't expect to make a pile of money with this book, but do use it to help you be aware of how to deal with the tricksters, marketers, credit companies, and other predators with whom one must deal every day.

5 out of 5 stars Great book especially for student in high school or college.......2006-07-17

This book is different from most other career books I have read. Most others are either about a specific field or about how to write your resume, etc. These are great if you already have a good idea about what you want to do or if you don't even know which field interests you, or if you want to pursue self-employment, then you will find this book will be a HUGE help. I know I did, and it has certainly changed my life for the better.

Work From Home is better than your average career book because it not going to send you down any particular career path, but it will get your creative juices flowing in terms of the opportunities available wherever you may be located, using whatever skills you have. It is more supportive of self-employment than other books I have read, and to me, this is a positive. If you are looking for a regular, 9-to-5 job, then this probably is not the book for you, but if you are looking for ideas on how to get started on self-employment, then this book is for you.

Throughout Work From Home, Mr. Luna describes how he was able to CREATE job opportunities when other people thought there were none available. I won't go into the details here, but he has done this many times throughout his life and has successfully been able to make a comfortable living this in remote areas and foreign countries. This book contains the 40+ years of lessons he has learned. His experiences have opened my eyes to opportunities that were literally around the corner but I didn't even realize existed. Granted, some of the ideas in it may seem simplistic or obvious to some people, particularly those who are older or more settled into their careers, but for someone young and who is undecided, like I was, these ideas can be life changing and I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is in high school or college aged.

1 out of 5 stars Lousy book. This review is from an actual buyer, not a friend of the author........2006-06-20

In the movie classic, "Network," from 1976, News Anchor Howard Beale makes the following statement. "I'M AS MAD AS HELL, AND I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS ANYMORE! I want you to get up right now, sit up, go to your windows, open them and stick your head out and yell, I'm as mad as hell and I'm not going to take this anymore! Things have got to change. But first, you've gotta get mad!... You've got to say, I'm as mad as hell, and I'm not going to take this anymore! Then we'll figure out what to do about the depression and the inflation and the oil crisis. But first get up out of your chairs, open the window, stick your head out, and yell, and say it: I'M AS MAD AS HELL, AND I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS ANYMORE!" "Work From Home At Any age," by J J Luna makes me feel like doing just that. I purchased this book, based on the four 5 star reviews touting this to be one of the best books of its kind since the beginning of the written word. Some of the reviews were quite eloquent. Perhaps if the reviewers had written the book, instead of J J Luna, it might have contained some substance. As it stands, it is nothing more than common sense knowledge that anyone over the age of 12 would already be well aware of. If not, everything in the book could be readily accessible on the Internet or at your local library. "Work From Home At Any Age," author, J J Luna says to "find a niche, exploit it, and make good money." He has certainly followed his own advice by writing this book. The author is wealthy by over charging for a product that could be summarized in the form of a brief pamphlet. Don't believe the 5 star reviews you read on Amazon touting this book as a treasured masterpiece. The author is a great businessman and has undoubtedly given away free copies of this book in order to receive the 5 star ratings. Since I actually bought "Work At Home At Any Age," and read the entire contents in less than two hours, I can say without hesitation that it deserves the lowest rating possible on the Amazon scale. There is one good thing about the book, however. It seemingly weighs less than air, so when you return it to the seller you purchased it from, your postage costs will be quite low.

5 out of 5 stars How to work from home at any age........2006-01-12

This was a great read. The authors description of the book as everything you need to know without the fluff is accurate. I have been on a quest of self employment (and job fulfillment) for a dozen or so years now. Although I am skilled at my trade(s) I've lacked the confidence to step out and reach for my dreams. Perhaps reading the book came at the right time or created the right time I'm not sure. At least the hunger in me is growing to dare great things. I actually read the book through in about six hours. I plan to go through it a couple more times, highlight and memorize the steps needed to make it a reality. Several years ago I took up flying. It was thrilling (sometimes very much so) and very satisfying. I really felt like I was on top of the world. Flying is hard if you are into extreme performance (read real bush flying) and seek to excel at your craft. There is no way I could have done it without quality instruction. The real learning came after I received my license (read very close calls a few times). I like to push the envelope and be the best I can be. Flying, Skiing, Sailing, Etc. My passion is to exist in total abandonment in the pursuit of excellence. My hunger is to do this in self employment and the execution of the actions I need to pursue. To be honest, I wish I had the author beside me to (babysit) er guide me through the ignorance of the unknown. Many are called but few are chosen. I think this applies here as well. Until you hunger for it enough you will sit in your nice warm cocoon and do nothing. If you are ready to trade security (warm cage) for fulfillment and freedom, this book will inspire you.

    5 out of 5 stars What a waste..........2006-01-04

I loved this book. This is freedom!

I have held a few jobs in my time. For such a relatively short life, I've had experience in quite a few different industries. I couldn't afford college after high school; this was becoming apparent around 5th grade. I started working with friends in the janitorial and construction genre at age 12 in my spare time. I washed the neighbors' cars and cut their grass. Later I detailed cars and canvassed older neighborhoods for a general contractor who was offering remodeling services. By that time I was 20 and the majority of the adults I spoke to asked where I was going to school, listened to my most recent story of employment, shook their head and murmured, "What a waste..."

I attended a trade school. Later I found a niche and now I work for myself and earn a very prosperous living.

College didn't appeal to me. Anybody can read a list of books on a schedule and write an essay about what they learned and how it affects them. I'm not up to my eyeballs in education loan debt. College graduates hand ME a resume and a CV about once a month. I'm not taking on employees though. What a waste indeed!

JJ Luna's book "Work From Home At Any Age" describes the failure of the education system, the folly of living for inanimate objects and fancy things. The book offers a plan, a path to success in life not measured by the number of toys you acquire or labeled by your tax bracket.

He asks questions designed to make you decide for yourself what is important in your life. He encourages you to think for yourself. We have freedom to choose so many things for ourselves in the western world. Why be mashed into a mold by the faceless drab and boring state? Department of Education? Please. I know people - Adults - who can't tell me who won; the North or the South.

Mr. Luna doesn't sell you a packet of forms and certificates and call you a "team member" or induce you to join a pyramid. You don't have to recruit your family or friends and make them your "down-line" cells. There are no group meetings or audiotapes to buy.

To make a living - a really, really good living - no matter where you are geographically located, all you have to do is define success for yourself, find a niche market and budget your resources correctly.

As an old timer who has seen a lot, asked questions, and found the answers, JJ Luna provides his readers the motivation to mature, get away from your pushy boss and back-stabbing co-workers. Take time for yourself and learn to be happy in your life.

By following his advice, your health, family and future can be improved and enjoyed. No, really!

Get this book. Buy a box of 'em! Get as many people as you can to sit down and read it. *Especially young people.* It may not sink in now, but when it does, they will save years of their lives and tens of thousands of dollars when they skip college, learn a trade or create a niche, and run their own lives.

5 out of 5 stars Privacy and working for yourself is the only way to go ..........2005-11-23

JJ Luna has managed to surpass his popular "How to be Invisible" book with "Work From Home At Any Age". I have been reading his material for quite sometime and I am still amazed at how well he has managed to take a difficult topic, such as how to work from home, and simplify it so that it can be read quickly in a night. I have ordered multiple copies of his book and am handing them out to high-school and college students as gifts for the holidays. So many of my friends that I have lended the book to have been amazed at accurate the information is and how much they wish that such a guide were made available to them when they were younger. I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking to simplify their life and make a change for the better.
