Customer Reviews:
2 1/2 stars........2006-09-21
this book is not very good. if you have ever had sex this book does not tell you anything new. basically it tells you a couple positions. guy on top. girl on top. it tells you not to wear a flannel pajamas and bunny slippers to bed if you want to turn your partner on. just basic things that are nothing more than common knowledge. sorry to say im very disappointed and would not reccomend this book.
Serious results!.......2006-07-21
I started reading this book when my boyfriend mentioned that his cousin was reading it, and he believed that I defined "good girl", and needed to shift over to "bad girl" by reading this book. I thought our sex life was great, but my partner is older and more experienced than I am, so I took his words seriously and ordered the book.
I'm only 3/4 through the book and it has made a SERIOUS difference in my sex life. We're having more pleasure and more FUN than ever imaginable! I totally rock his world now, and I can't imagine being a good girl ever again!
Most of this book isn't about sex, really. It's about your image of yourself, and how you have been "taught", growing up, that thoughts about sex are bad and that wanting sex automatically makes you promiscuous. It teaches you to embrace sex as something healthy, fun, and needed! Keesling pulls you outside to look at the way you have been behaving, and explains why you're doing this and how to change it to make you feel more confident, and sexier! This goes for walking, talking, sitting, standing, dressing, everything. And it doesn't tell you to dress like a prostitute, either, so don't worry. All of this comfort in everyday life makes you more confident under the sheets. You learn to feel comfortable telling your guy what you want, asking him what he wants, delivering upon both yours and his needs, and having a TON of fun!!
I am so happy I have read this book, and I can't believe I had a sex life before this! This book is fun, informative, and very easy to read. The context is casual, so it feels like you're having a one-on-one chitchat with your favorite girlfriend, which is never boring. What've you got to lose by picking up this book? Seriously!! Good girl no more!! ;)
Newbie.......2006-03-28
I bought the book to help my post-baby frumpiness. After reading the book I think it would have been a fabulous read before I got married. It's a great introduction to seduction and very informative -- but if I tried to bring a feather duster into the bedroom my husband would explode into laughter.
A liberating, fun book.......2005-07-11
This book goes far beyong 'bedroom skills' and deals with how to act like a sensual woman through your daily life. The author covers how what we wear affects how we feel, our walk, posture, the thoughts that go through our minds. It is very interesting. Being faithfully married for fourteen years, this has helped me to be even more attracted to my husband, and our sex life has gone off the charts, as I feel good about who I am. Barbara Keesling writes in a fun way, like she was sitting down having a conversation with you. Great sex truly is 99% mental. This book is sure to help you have the sex you've always wanted if you follow through with the suggestions she makes.
Brilliant.......2005-03-09
As a preface, my mom died when i was 13. I've been wandering around womanhood and feminity without a compass for 10 years. This got me back on course. I'm learning to embrace the power that comes along with being a woman, not only that, but i'm learning to focus it and not be ashamed of it.
This book is not just about sex, but it's about how a woman should see herself. It's about saying it's okay to be sexual, think about sex, enjoy sex, exude sex. It is not about being a slut. It's about being empowered.

Book Description
Josie, Nicolette, and Aviva all get mixed up with a senior boy–a cool, slick, sexy boy who can talk them into doing almost anything he wants. In a blur of high school hormones and personal doubt, each girl struggles with how much to give up and what ultimately to keep for herself. How do girls handle themselves? How much can a boy get away with? And in the end, who comes out
on top? A bad boy may always be a bad boy. But this bad boy is about to meet three girls who won’t back down.

Good and Great For Teens.......2007-06-29
Frist off i loved this book i read it in like 3 hours i couldent put it down....this book is great for teen girls or boy even who love books about girls and boys and the things that can happen :)
A must read for teens.......2007-06-14
I finally got to read Tanya Lee Stone's "A Bad Boy can be Good for a Girl". I sure wish it would have been around when I was in high school, there where definitely plenty of bad boys. I just wish I could have been as was as Josie. Besides the fact that it was great writing, the book had an excellent message. Even the girls who made mistakes with the boy where not ridiculed or considered bad and they all learned from the experience. It will definitely be highly recommended by me at school. I have a lot of girls who will love it, and a lot of girls who NEED to read it. It is a must for every high school library, and probably even every jr. high library as well.
I give it a 5 star must have rating.
A "Bad Boy" Book Can Be Good for a Girl, Too! .......2006-07-15
A Bad Boy Can Be Good for a Girl is only the second verse novel that I've read (after Hugging the Rock by Susan Taylor Brown). And I have to say that if these two books are at all representative, then I'm completely hooked. I love the combination of a fast-paced, streamlined read with wonderful language selection.
I read Bad Boy in one sitting, and didn't want it to end. I read the end material in the book. I read the discussion questions on the handy bookmark that Tanya provided, and I spent time thinking about them. I thought about my own high school experiences. I wondered if Josie, Nicolette, and Aviva would end up becoming friends. I thought of which of them I personally identified with the most. But I'm getting ahead of myself.
A Bad Boy Can Be Good for a Girl is a verse novel told in the distinct voices of three high school girls. Josie is a freshman, smart and confident but (she assures us) not stuck up. Nicolette is a junior, popular with the boys, in a certain sort of way, but the kind of girl who other girls tend to avoid. Aviva is a senior, a "Criss-Crosser" who has friends in lots of cliques, but manages to maintain her own individuality. One after another, each of these three girls, very different on the surface, falls for the same unnamed boy, a popular senior jock. Their experiences with him vary, but have commonalities, too. I think that any adult reader of this book will find occasion to wince here and there, as certain incidents or feelings ring true.
This book is a very frank look at high school politics and relationships. Although it's not a difficult read, I wouldn't recommend it for most middle schoolers, because it is very open concerning teen sex. That said, I do highly recommend it for high schoolers, especially girls. The "bad boy" of the title is good for the girls in the story in part by making them wiser. If readers can gain a little of that wisdom from this book, without having to experience everything that Josie, Nicolette, and Aviva experience, so much the better. I also like the way the characters in this book learn from the one in Judy Blume's Forever, and use the end pages of a copy of Forever to record a manual for other girls:
"some little book where a girl could look up
what to do
what not to do
and who not to do it with"
I read this book quickly, to find out what would happen next, but the verse kept catching me up, and slowing me down. I would stop and shake my head at the aptness of a phrase, or the clever way that the author uses verse to speed up, or slow down, or convey mood. Here's an example:
"How can a person,
any person,
even just a friend,
turn off,
snap---
just
like
that?"
I love the "just, like, that". The very words snap with finality. Another nice thing about the verse form is that it takes us right inside the minds of Josie, Nicolette, and Aviva in a way that a narrative form might not. It seems particularly fitting for this topic, because first love and heartbreak are exactly the kinds of things that teenage girls do write poems about.
A Bad Boy Can Be Good for a Girl is well-written, and almost painfully true to life. It deals with teenage love, sex, and friendship, as well as disillusionment, heartbreak, and joy. Throughout this emotional roller-coaster, the author maintains a tone of gentle humor and sympathy. I look forward to Tanya Lee Stone's next novel.
A slightly longer version of this book review was originally published on my blog, Jen Robinson's Book Page, on July 14th, 2006.
Richie's Picks: A BAD BOY CAN BE GOOD FOR A GIRL.......2006-06-29
A BAD BOY CAN BE GOOD FOR A GIRL by Tanya Lee Stone, Wendy Lamb Books, January 2006, ISBN: 0-385-74702-0, Publisher recommendation: 14 years and up
"the sound of them strong
stalking talking about their prey
like the way hammer meets nail
pounding, they say
pounding out the rhythms of attraction
like a woman was a drum like a body was a weapon
like there was something more they wanted
than the journey
like it was owed to them
steel toed they walk
and I'm wondering why this fear of men"
--Ani Difranco, "The Slant"
Josie:
"In one more second it will be too late.
" 'WAIT!' "
Nicolette:
"Am I a whore because I like sex? Or because I did it
too soon? Or too much? Nobody ever calls boys
whores.
"Why is that?"
Aviva:
"I wouldn't want to go through this again.
But unfortunately, something tells me this stuff is
tricky.
I doubt this is the only mistake I'm going to make.
And I'm not so sure
it was a mistake, anyway.
"I kind of hope he learns something too.
Even if it's only for the sake of the next girl
who comes along.
Or the one after that. Or maybe the one after that!
"He's cute and all, but not what I'd call
a real quick study!
"I laugh out loud.
"And I'm happy for a second, because I still know how
to find the funny.
"I like that about myself."
A BAD BOY CAN BE GOOD FOR A GIRL is the story told from the point of view of these three teens. Each of them has a relationship with the same guy at school. Josie is the wide-eyed freshman, who suddenly feels like a somebody. Nicolette, the junior, really thinks she is in control. And Aviva is the bright senior with the hip and trusting parents. All three think they know what they're getting into.
Some of the lessons that readers might glean from this quick, engaging, and powerful novel in verse include:
1. Look and think (and think again) before leaping into bed.
2. If your female schoolmates are saying and writing uncomplimentary things regarding the character and behavior of a boy, it might be wise to take them seriously.
3. You may think that you are wiser and less vulnerable than these three characters, or the girls you know in real life, but you're not.
A BAD BOY CAN BE GOOD FOR A GIRL will raise some eyebrows for being a book where the only marginally sympathetic male character is someone's father who shows up for a couple of sentences. We meet the athletic young man, the villain of the book who seriously lacks redeeming social values, through the stories that the three girls tell However, he is not one of the narrators.
I've already had a long, animated discussion with my wife about how there are guys are like TL: Are such guys clueless about their behavior or do they consciously develop these strategies to have sex with girls? (I was the one insisting that guys who behave like this are out there. I remember being an adolescent and overhearing guys boasting about being members of the "4F Club.")
Part of what makes Laurie Halse Anderson's beloved and award-winning SPEAK a must-read is its message to watch out for oneself and to be concerned for peers who are clearly troubled. Part of what makes Melvin Burgess' DOING IT such a terrific read is its amusing and sympathetic look at how young men's minds tick.
A BAD BOY CAN BE GOOD FOR A GIRL is a book about teens and sex that will fascinate and enlighten readers. It is a realistic and provocative story that will benefit from being read among groups of friends or along with older siblings so as to prompt discussion about the vital issues involved.
Buy This for Your Daughters.......2006-06-05
Do your pre-teen and teenage daughter a favor and buy her this book. Heck, buy it and save it for your younger girls. Josie, Nicolette, and Aviva are very different girls, but they have one thing in common: a boy. Each comes into the relationship with different attitudes, different expectations. Each is used by him, and each learns a lesson about themselves in the process, and they come out the other end stronger and more sure of themselves. You want a book to empower your daughter as she begins her journey into the world of romantic relationships? This is the one.

Hilarious and helpful!.......2007-06-20
This book never fails in cheering me up and also offers helpful advice with spoonfuls of self-esteem boosters with the right interpretation.
Didn't make it in time for Christmas.......2007-01-10
I ordered it Nov. 30 hoping it would get here no later then the 14 days promised because I had to drive home for Christmas vacation. It didn't get here. I ad to order teh book again from another place that managed to get it to me in less then a week...amazing. Plus the condition was not "good" as described but awful. It was covered in something front and back like sticky and brown and I couldn't get it clean with a rag. I'm glad I didn't give that as a gift. The other place came quick and the book was in mint condition.
Being Bad Never Felt So Good!.......2006-03-24
I fell in love with the "Bad Girl" guides after reading "The Bad Girl's Guide to Getting What you Want". I loved the irreverent humour and the fact that some of the advice was actual useful. Plus, the grrl power theme throughout was pretty uplifting. However, the other books in the series have left me feeling less empowered and more being bitchy is a good thing. This book redeems the series - sometimes slipping between some great advice on how to get personal with yourself, friends, and lovers to a rather blah take on family dynamics, it still managed to grab my attention, make me laugh, and feel good about myself. I especially loved the part about you2 big love wearing a kilt. Who knew that the niche I find myself in had wide appeal? smile.
five star service.......2005-07-19
extremely fast delivery, great price, book in perfect condition as stated! Thanks!
*Shrugs*.......2005-03-16
Let's be honest. We LOVED The Bad Girl's Guide to the Open Road. We read and we felt the wind in our hair as we plugged that annoying muffler with the Chicken McNugget, ate Beef Jerky for Breakfast, got big hair, and dreamed about peeing by the road side, all from the safety of our chairs, just waiting for the day when we could make all our Inner Bad Girl dreams come true.
Then we partied Bad Girl style and Got What We Wanted, like a true Baddy, all thanks to Cameron Tuttle, and the cute, sassy artwork of Susannah Bettag.
Sadly, this book falls really short of what we Bad Girls were expecting. It's got some good ideas, sure. It's got the adorable artwork, it's got the lists of fun things to do with condoms and panytliners (Will She ever run out of ideas?), but it's just not as good as the three preceding titles.
I'm not sure why exactly this book wasn't as good. I really can't say, except it seemed to have been mostly thrown together, by someone who was going through a real sexual dry spell, and craving some girl on girl action.
I loved the first three in the series, and I LIKED this one. It is worth a look, but not full price. It is worth three stars, but not five.
I'm sorry to the Original Bad Girl. Better Luck next time. I'll look through it more carefully before buying.

Book Description
Look out! Mikey Elsinger's in love!
Mikey never does anything halfway, so it's no surprise that when she develops a not-so-secret crush on Shawn Macavity, the heartstoppingly gorgeous star of the school play, she goes a bit overboard. Soon Mikey -- Mikey? -- has a stylish new wardrobe, and she's baking Shawn cookies, writing their initials on blackboards, even buying him a T-shirt emblazoned "I LOVE ME." Fellow Bad Girl Margalo tries to get Mikey to turn things down a notch, but why should Mikey listen to her? -- after all, what does Margalo know about being in love? Or is Margalo hiding a romantic fantasy of her own?
Customer Reviews:
Great book! But a little too extreme!.......2007-03-24
I think that this book is good, but it is a little off the real world. I mean, if a girl meets a boy who she suddenly likes, she just doesn't do the stuff that they mention in the book. I mean, calling him on the phone when she doesn't really know what he looks like? A girl might be insane about a certain guy, but not that extreme. Trust me, I know. But this book gets to the point, which is what I personaly like. Over all, it is not a bad book.
Not what I expected........2006-06-23
I didn't like this book at all. The characters became annoying and confusing, and almost totally false (i.e. Mikey leaving her feelings for Shawn out in the open). No girls are like that; I was no where close when I was 13. Many of the subplots become interesting then are suddenly lost (e.g. Margalo's crush on the teacher, Mikey's Secret Admirer- we never find out who it is, though I know who it is). The writing didn't seem as good as Voight's previous works.
Incredibly Awesome.......2005-12-11
This book was hilarious and incredibly awesome. I loved it as did many of my friends. I have now read it about ten times, and it still seems to get better every time. Mikey and Margalo have great personalities and dialouges. If you have any doubt about buying this book, you need to 100%!
MUSHY.......2005-08-02
I really enoyed this book. It wasn't mushy at all, which i like. Young girls can read it because they're aren't any swear words. It give the look into the lives of two girls who are dealing with their first "MAJOR" crushes. They're in lurve! Mikey and Margalo, though both older and now into boys, are still their usual, sharp, quick, sarcastic selves. Which is always fun. The only thing i didn't like about this book was how 'open' the ending one. Hopefully, there is another book on the way.............(?)
"Baddest" book yet!.......2002-12-20
One of the best things I love about Voight's books are how real her characters are. I'm a longtime BIG fan and was delighted to discover this new series.I loved these books immediatly from the first Bad Girls book I read. (And if you've never read the first three I'd highly recommend them too!) She delivers yet agian in this new book and keeps you guessing all the way through the story. I have a pretty good idea who the mysterious telephone caller is, for example. If you're hesitant about the word "Love" in the title don't worry, there's no mushy, sugary fluff here. It's all about survival as any bad girl knows. Mikey and Margelo are quickly entering the world of teenagers with all it's cliques, fashion statements, and innocent questions-what exactly is this lurve business all about anyway? Mikey is struck dumb, for the first time in her life, at the sight of Shawn MaCavity while Margalo looks on, amused, secretly carring the burden of her own crush. As always the bad girls stick together in their latest dilemma and Voight captures the drama in a humourous way. This could be any junior high school in any town. If you enjoyed the first three books you won't be dissapointed by this one!

Bad Girl.......2006-03-17
In the book Bad Girl by Francine Parcel, Conner is in love with Elizabeth but, her mom and dad hate him! They hate him because of his car and looks also friends,so they can't date. In the end her parents get over it and let them date!
The message is to be yourself and have fun with life!
In the book, the author did a good job describing the waythe characters talk and also how determined they sound.
The book to me was great. It was detailed and you really never know what will happen next! I look forward to reading another Francine Parcel book! They are great!

I'd rate 3 and a half stars if I could..........2003-07-03
Something I found rather amusing in this book was in an early chapter. Maria and Ken went to see a movie, and after the movie Maria was discussing it, saying "All these movies make it seem like [teenagers are] incapable of being with members of the opposite sex without wanting to jump them." Then 5 or 6 pages later you have Conner talking to Elizabeth. He can barely get through a sentence without thinking how gorgeous she is, how nice her stomach is, how nice her body is, and how much he wants to kiss her. Yep, Conner definitely seems like he wants to "jump" Liz. Basically, one second you're listening to Maria talk about how teenagers don't just think about kissing and sex and the next second you have a scene where Conner's hormones are raging because he wants Liz so badly. Did the writer do that intentionally? *Shrug* Maybe. Moving on...
Has Conner realized he has feelings for Liz? Yes, he has. At the end of the book he admits he loves Liz...not to her, naturally, but to himself. And that's a huge step for him.
I don't care much for the Liz rebelling plot. It's annoying, but if you like Liz acting rebellious then also check out the Sweet Valley High book (#7) Dear Sister. Now the Maria and Ken plot. It's cute. They go on "dates". Maria doesn't think they're dates, despite what Jessica and Elizabeth say. The absolute best part of the book with the two of them is at the end when they dance together.
There's the Conner/Megan/Gary plot. Not much to say here. I just don't like Gary. What an a**
This book is worth checking out if you like reading Sweet Valley High/Senior Year books or if you like reading about teen romance.
Book #12 in SVH Senior Year Series.......2002-11-19
If you hadn't noticed already (speaking to SVH Senior Year fans), Elizabeth Wakefield has been extremely distracted over Conner McDermott lately. (Ha! Who hasn't noticed? :) All of her daydreaming is commented on by some of her teachers and her parents in "Bad Girl", due to her missing Oracle meetings and her dropping grades. For most teenagers, bad grades and skipping classes are typical, but Liz isn't like her irresponsible peers, so her erratic behavior is noticed a lot more than if, say, her twin sister Jessica were doing it. Anyway, to make a long story short, Liz gets in trouble with her parents because of this and is grounded. But will she abide by their rules--or continue being her un-Liz-like self by rebelling at the end of "Bad Girl"? (It's surprising the book ends the way it does in regard to Conner and Liz, meaning Liz was starting to turn into Conner's mom, which I thought would have repulsed him rather than turning him on. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens between these two in the next book, "All About Love".)
And speaking of Conner, he and Gary (his ex-stepfather) are obviously still going at it. And, to no surprise, Gary breaks Megan's heart by announcing that he has a fiancee (a much younger woman) and wants to move her in to the house (which, if Gary hadn't noticed, isn't even his house; he's just "baby-sitting" Conner and Megan while their mother is in rehab). Megan, of course, is devastated by this announcement, because she thought her father and mother would eventually get back together. Clearly, they won't be any time soon, so Meg runs away, unable to cope with her unstable family life.
On a slightly lighter note, Ken Matthews is trying to switch his "good buddy" relationship with Maria Slater into something more romantic by inviting her out on covert dates. Maria, however, doesn't realize that's what he's doing until the last half of "Bad Girl", where their friendship appears to be on the rocks. You'll just have to read this book to see what eventually happens. All I'll give you in a way of a clue is a quote from Liz's diary: "Finally! Finally, finally, finally! Finally!"
liz a baddy?.......2000-11-12
well, it's about time liz let her hair down and stopped being so perfect.and finally conner admits he wants liz. Liz's parents should act so shocked that she got in trouble or that she isn't a straight A student. In my opinion, a really good book which gets my 5 stars
let's go liz!.......2000-07-01
this was one of my favorite books in the series, and believe me, i've read them all (several times.) it's obvious that liz and conner SO belong together, and it's great how the way they end up. will is a jerk though, and jessica will soon be finding that out! the only problem is maria, she gets on my nerves to no end. she's just so nosy. but A GREAT BOOK!

Book Description
It took less than two seconds for Sheriff Nathan Thornton to peg sexy Skye Wright as trouble. Maybe it was the way she shimmied her hips in that I Dream of Jeannie outfit. Or the huge stack of speeding tickets in her bag. Whatever it was, the woman was belly-dancing her way into his thoughts. Now if only she'd belly-dance into his bedroom.

Bad Girls Don't .......2007-09-04
Nathan Thorton is the sheriff in Rock Creek. He lives his life by the book and he likes it that way. Free spirited Skye Wright is the complete opposite of the kind of woman he would be interested in. When Nathan pulls Skye over for speeding he has a feeling things will never be the same again for him. Skye barrels into Nathan's conservative calm life, turning him on and rocking his world. Although they are soon sharing steamy kisses and hot sex, sharing their hearts is another matter entirely.
Bad Girls Don't is a blast! Nate and Skye prove that opposites not only attract but they're perfect together too. Along with mellow Nathan and wild Skye is a colorful cast of characters that really enhance this story. Bad Girls Don't is fun, sexy and romantic.

Save your money, really...........2007-04-13
I also am surprised at the positive reviews of this book! I don't often leave reviews, unless the book is really a disappointment. I give the author credit for having some laugh out loud lines though. The characters are not developed well, however....The heroine is really just a spoiled little girl posing as a free spirit. If the character were developed a little better, I might have been able to relate to another side of her.
LOTS of squabbling throughout the book. Witty dialogue is one thing, but constant bickering is not a fun read...
This isn't the worst book I've ever read, and perhaps the author's other books would be more enjoyable. I just wished I hadn't invested my time in this one...
Ulcers were what this book gave me........2007-04-08
Wow, I can't believe all of the positive reviews this book got.
I almost threw it away after half way through.
Skye is such a mess. Her excuse for speeding is because it is a rule and she likes to break rules. Linz makes it out as if she is right. That excuse can't fly when there are so many people die each years because speeding drivers lost control of their cars.
I think Linz tries to make it funny but I could not find the humor in it. Skye is a bully in disguise who, like all bullies, is insecured and immature. The way she flies off the handle with everything Nathan says really get on my nerves. Such a childish behavior!
Nathan is too much a nice guy that he deserves someone better.
A romance mystery with humor and heat...........2007-01-23
Bad Girls Don't by Cathie Linz is a great light romance novel. This is the second book of series. Skye new age yoga/belly dancer who finds herself mixed up with the local Sheriff. Lots of laugh out moments.... Check out her whole series Good girls do and Big Girls don't Cry coming out November 2007.
A Don't Miss Read!.......2007-01-21
Opposites may attract, but when Nathan and Skye come together it's more than attraction, and they're more than opposites. A belly dancer and a cop? Linz pulls of another magical story with a great central couple, quirky and inviting secondary characters and lots of laughter! A don't miss read!

Another gem from Meeks.......2002-11-11
Okay, so I wrote the review for one of this guy's other books, "How to get out of debt-and into praise." Like I said then, I'm not a religious person and I was very doubtful. But since the debt book was good, I thought I'd check this one out on my own. IT WAS AMAZING! He is different from any kind of preacher/writer that I've ever experienced in that he actually makes the bible make sense and uses it to confront real life issues that you're dealing with. The book compares different breeds of dogs to different types of men that women date. The book is absolutely hilarious (I laughed so hard in places that it made my stomach hurt), but it's not silly-he balances humor with information so well that your attention is glued and you can't put the book down (I finished it in a weekend). Moreover, it offers biblically based recommendations for single men and women to help us avoid destructive and hurtful relationships, and also good advice on how to choose prospective lovers. While it is religious, the book is real, and not afraid to "go there" and talk about anything, even sex. After I read the book, I was delighted to find out that there was also a video available of the sermon upon which this book is based--and after I viewed it I realized just how unique, animated and charismatic this man is (my image of him was of an old, country Baptist preacher, but it turns out that he is very young and very aware of issues relevant to young people). Any minister who makes the bible something relevant to society and to my age group is all right with me. Definitely worth the ten bucks to buy for yourself and your single friends. Keep 'em coming, Reverend!!
"Straight from the thrown of God".......2002-11-02
While reading this book my soul was praising God. This book was right on time. (Straight from the thrown of God) It wasn't something just to "tickle our fancys". It wasn't something that was all up in the flesh just to make yourself look good, because no one can interupt you because you're the "pastor". This book ministered to me on a whole new level. I don't feel that my spirit has ever been ministered to so well, I know this book was inspired by God because it fit my situation head on. Many people were trying to tell me things about my relationships, but it was hard for me to receive it because they were looking at things through the natural eye. So when I began to read this book I was like oh my God, how could he know exactly what I've been through, and what I'm going through right now. Always knowing that it was God. It just seemed so impossible. (Yeah I know God can do the IMPOSSIBLE and he can do above all that we can even imagine) I want to thank God for sending his word just for me. I thank God for ministering exactly what I needed and letting me know that he's still with me. I mean it's like I'm here in Bainbridge, Ga and God used you all the way in Seattle, Washington. I just can't thank Him enough. I just really thank you (Revered J.T. Meeks) for allowing God to speak through you.
Loved It.......2002-08-18
I got this book through my book club, and loved it. It took me a couple of hours to go through it. Pastor breaks down the type of dogs and women who are out to use you and not necessarily love you. Highly recommended for the ones searching for that special someone.
