And does he also do something with his new girlfriend? The thing liz wouldin't have with todd...sex? This time Liz and Jessic look diffrent. She wants the mysterious Wiliam White to herself but she might be a little to late. Could he actually have a thing for Liz? This was a really great book so get it. You won't be disapointed.
Liz. . . .The Tub?.......2006-01-12
This book was really good. I love Liz, and feel sorry for her now that she is pudgy and
can't fit any of her clothes from when she was The Liz Wakefield. Here are changes:
Depressed, tubby, looks like a sassuage in her sheath, on a diet. I hate Todd for
doing this to her! All the things he dated her in and thought she looked beautiful
in can't fit! I will look forward to a time where she will be fit and happy.
A little heavy, but when did Franchine ever fail?.......2006-01-10
Aaaaaahhh. Frachine knocks off the Wakefields-are-perfect stuff. As Elizabeth puts it,
''only one of the Waefield twins were a perfect size six, and it wasn't Elizabeth.''
In SVH, Liz was always thin. Jessica was aways dieting. But now Liz is on a diet, because
she put on so much wieght. I roared my head off when Liz was trying to get into the
sheath! On to Tom. Liz sounds perfect for him. They've had their worlds turned upside down since the got to college, so their a little scared approach their new selves.
I love this book.
Jessica and Mike get closer.......2005-01-14
Jessica moves in with Mike McAllery and sleeping with him,She has sex with him the first time,Alexandra is now one of Jessica's friends[Sound familiar] kind of like Amy Sutton from 6th Grade She was Elizabeth's best friend, then when she moved away, then when she returned to Sweet Valley, she and Elizabeth had nothing in common as 11th graders,She was boy-crazy as Jessica, and a Cheerleader. Alexandra is in Theta Sorority, and she and Elizabeth drifted apart. Why Can't I find friends so easy at Mott? Elizabeth meets Nina Harper,a black student. Todd dates this girl named Lauren, and has Sex with her.
Great Book.......2002-10-13
This book raises alot of questions about what will happen to Jessica and Elizabeth. Jessica is looked down on for sleeping with and over at Mike's House.

Customer Reviews:
Great Kind of mushy but ..... it is Great.......2005-10-21
IT is a pretty good book .I am only ten but I think it is too mushy and gushy it is easy to read for me .which is about sixth grade level if you think that death and kissing and all that this is the book for you it talks all about the wakefeild twins history and the same family name falls in this book three times the first time Alice and Theodore wakefeild, amanda and Ted wakefield , and alice, and Ned wakefield. This is the First Sweet Valley book that took memore than an hour to read
A Tantalizing Saga about the ancestors of the WakefieldTwins.......2003-10-21
I can't even begin to describe how good this book is. It's a sweeping saga of love, heartbreak and courage. Even after 7 or so years ago when I bought it I still remember it fondly. This book involves the women on Alice Robertson's side of the family. It shows these beautiful women's courage and strength as it follows them from a boat heading for America where Alice meets the true love of her heart, Theodore Wakefield, to Sweet Valley California. Along the way you experience the heroic spirit of each of the women and their loves and losses. This is no drippy love novel but a novel that is filled with both bright and dark moments as each character faces challenges and love lost and found.
If you like this novel I suggest for Adult readers To Deep for Tears and for the younger reader The Wakefield Legacy: The Untold Story.
Sniffly, fluffy brain candy.......2003-03-18
Older readers will have to ignore the saccharine sweetness of this book and the incredibly huge number of coincidences, but The Wakefields of Sweet Valley is a light read that makes you happy that it all worked out in the end. The story of Jessica and Elizabeth Wakefield's maternal line starts with their great-great-great-grandmother Alice Larson, who on her journey from Sweden met a man named Theodore Wakefield (who is, of course, their great-great-great grandfather on their father's side). Every other generation meets up with the Wakefield generation, but somehow loses him until their mother marries Ned Wakefield.
This is a fast read and the writing is sometimes a little repetitive, so don't expect to take it too seriously. My biggest complaint is the number of coincidences, but it will certainly turn your emotions inside out and backwards. After all, there's no better story than that of lost love.
Oddly enough, I wasn't especially impressed with Alice Robertson's (Jessica and Elizabeth's mother) story as I was with the others. I didn't connect with her as strongly as I did with Elisabeth Johnson, the frontiergirl, or Amanda Watson, the twin of the Roaring Twenties, although I was happy that she finally got Ned in the end. She also dated a young Hank Patman, Bruce's father, which is yet another way that all the people in Sweet Valley seem to be rather tied together.
Be sure to read The Wakefield Legacy, which follows the ancestry of Jessica and Elizabeth's father, Ned Wakefield (beginning with Theodore), which fills in a lot of the gaps about what happened to those poor Wakefield men after Alice's ancestors lost them.
A Beautiful Story.......2002-01-04
I first read this book 10 years ago, and for some reason even though I have gotten older I still read it every summer. It is that captivating!! This is a must read for any Sweet Valley Fan. The characters and story (though sometimes a bit trite from an older standpoint) are very real and full of real emotionds. Once you read it you will never forget it!!
WOW. just WOW........2001-11-11
This book is amazing. If you loved Sweet Valley before, you'll love it even more after reading this novel. I couldn't believe the captivating stories that Elizabeth and Jessica's ancestors had. I mean, w/ Elisabeth's death, to Ted Wakefield's involvement w/ Samantha and Amanda, everything is just gripping, and you can't stop reading it. I was surprised to learn how much Elizabeth and Jessica's paternal and maternal ancestors had intertwined. AWESOME BOOK..a must-have for any avid Sweet Valley reader.

History made Fun.......2005-03-20
This book was great!!! I reccomend this book to people of all ages. Just reading about the romance, and struggle of people a really long time ago... well, its a beautiful story. I loved the ending. It's such a typical ending to a Sweet Valley story! Be on the lookout for THE WAKEFIELD LEGANCY!! And don't miss a chance to read it!
An exciting rollercoaster of a Saga........2003-10-21
This Saga begins on the haunting moors of Wakefield, England. Theodore is promised to wed and inherit the estate of his father. Refusing this life he does not want he sets out for the bright promise of America, leaving his family behind forever. On the boat heading for New York he is struck by cupid when he saves a heroic young woman from the sea and falls instantly in love. Can things end happily for Theodore or is more struggles ahead for him in the new land of America?
This saga involve's Ned Wakefield's side of the family and is just as good as the first saga. This saga has it all-courage,daring and a rollercoaster ride of emotions. Alot of things don't end Happily Ever After and this book in my opionion is more mature and an intense read then the Sweet Valley Series where everything often has sunny, cheery endings. Given that I read this book about 8(?) years ago and still remember it after reading thousands of books since then says alot.
I also suggest for older readers the Fearless series which is also created by Francine Pascal
Outstanding!!!.......2003-06-20

Elizabeth...the untold story: Dear Diary, Todd and I are finished! Ive never been more miserable in my life. It all started when I found a letter on his desk from a girl in Vermont. It sounded more than friendly, if you know what I mean. I should trust Todd, but he didnt make things better by getting mad at me for being a snoop (as he put it). I know what youre thinking, Diary. I have no right to complain. When Todd was gone, I let Nicholas Morrow kiss me. I even fell in love with Jeffrey French. But Todd doesnt know the worst. Only you, Diary, know the true story of what happened between Todds best friend, Ken Matthews, and me.

Elizabeth's Secret Diary.......2005-07-12
This is Elizabeth's Secret Diary features books #23-#31. I liked it except for the very beginging when she was so mopey about Todd, and then she turned into a serial dater practically overnight! Weird, but I guess everyone deals with emotions differently. I liked how Liz was always trying to do the right thing.

Elizabeth and Jessica Wakefield are the best dancers in their ballet class. Both girls want to dance the solo in the upcoming recital. Elizabeth hates to compete with her sister, but Jessica doesn't mind at all. She knows she's a better dancer than her twin. The problem is their ballet teacher. No matter what Jessica does, Madame Andre never notices her. But she's always praising Elizabeth. It's not fair-and Jessica isn't going to settle for second best just because her twin sister is the teacher's pet.
Customer Reviews:
Great book!.......2006-02-05
In this book Jessica and Elizabeth start going to ballet lessons and Elizabeth becomes teacher's pet(Jessica is very stupid on the #1 lesson). Jessica gets mad that Elizabeth gets the star role for a ballet they are doing and says she will not be in the show. Amy does something very stupid and Elizabeth (as always)feels sorry for Jessica and plans something. In the end, it's a happy ending and Jessica dances the lead! if you liked other Sweet Valley twin books, you will like this one too.
Good Book.......2005-07-11
This is the second book in the series when Elizabeth gets the part of Swanilda in Coppila Jess is jealous. Jessica knows shes a good dancer better than Elizabeth even. But their ballet teacher Madame Andre never praise Jessica no matter what she does she always praises Elizabeth. Will Jessica get to dance Swanilda? or will Elizabeth?
Twins both want solo in ballet!.......2005-01-05
Elizabeth and Jessica both want the solo in the Ballet Recital as Swalida,But Jessica always the center of Attention has to have the spotlight away from Elizabeth.Elizabeth fakes an Injury just to make Jessica have her way,Ugh! Jessica always gets away with it,Except for detention in Jessica The Nerd and April Fool! She serves it for Elizabeth.
Swans and Slippers.......2004-09-08
Throughout the Sweet Valley Twins series, it's undeniable that twin sisters Elizabeth and Jessica Wakefield are the best of friends. Though identical in appearance, the twins are also diametric opposites in personality: Elizabeth, the older twin by four minutes, is serious, thoughtful, considerate and responsible: the ideal "older" sister. Jessica, by virtue of being four minutes younger, is created by Francine Pascal to be, and described by the series' author Jamie Suzaanne as, Elizabeth's foil: irresponsible, fun-loving, selfish and headstrong.
Perhaps it would be too extreme (and unfair) to describe Elizabeth as `Jeckyll' and Jessica as `Hyde', yet in the course of reading this series (a spin-off from the earlier Sweet Valley High series, in which the twins are 16-year-olds), it becomes hard not to neatly pigeon-hole the Wakefield twins the way Pascal and Suzanne intended - that is, `good' twin and `bad' twin, respectively. Certainly, in stories like Teacher's Pet, it's much more difficult to sympathize with Jessica's bullying and obnoxious tantrums, even when she has a legitimate reason for being upset. We can forgive her for being a child, but it's sometimes hard to forgive Suzanne for spoiling the child so! In the hands of the author, Jessica's life is charmed, almost to a fault: Jessica coaxes, wheedles, pouts and stomps her way through life's little problems and setbacks - careless of other people's feelings and mostly indifferent to their needs. No one truly stands up to Jessica, and the person who has the power and the influence to do so - Elizabeth - too often gives in to Jessica's whims and wiles for the sake of peace, and also perhaps out of fear of losing Jessica's love. By the same token, Jessica is also moved to demonstrate a little more tractability in terms of her temper and outlook by the fear of losing Elizabeth's esteem and respect.
For readers who are not a part of a twin-set, or who have not experienced extremely close relationships with their siblings, Elizabeth and Jessica's unique bond may puzzle or frustrate. For those who do have siblings they love as themselves, Elizabeth and Jessica's boundary issues - in terms of identity, accountability, responsibility and conflict - make sense. In Teacher's Pet, however, the twins know exactly who they are, and what capability or ability they have, in Madame Andre's ballet studio. For Elizabeth and Jessica, the real test is not who deserves to be the real star of Swan Lake - it's whether success is more important to the girls than their relationship.
The troubling moral lesson that younger readers may learn from Jessica's behaviour throughout this story is only a very little mitigated by the graciousness and maturity demonstrated by Elizabeth in response to her sister's distress. Jessica's tantrums and name-calling show that she truly is an ugly-duckling dancing with swans - her beautiful dancing, stage presence and costume notwithstanding.
One of the most boring.......2004-03-25
This book is sort of boring, but it's still good. In this book, Jessica and Elizabeth are taking ballet lessons. They both want the part of Swanilda, but only one of them can have the part! When Elizabeth gets the part, Jessica is very angry. Will Elizabeth have to give up her part because of Jessica? Read this book to find out!

one of the best sweet valley books.......2005-04-28
jessica, elizabeth and steven each get $100 from a visiting aunt and are so excited about what to do with it. Elizabeth buys a mystery book and a camera, jessica spends so much money on her friends that she barely has enough left for herself, but she ends up getting a little something at the end anyways, and steven learns the lesson that money can't buy love. Read it!

Fun book to read!.......2000-12-17
In this story, the Wakefield kids get 100 dollars apiece from their great aunt, and they spend their money foolishly. I think it's a fun story to read. The reader finds out about all the silly things they do now that they have money to spare, and how they must face the consequences. It's an enjoyable book in the series and I recommend it.
